south east asia was class like. i can see how people go and never come back. thailand/vietnam/cambodia/lao were all mint. 3 months on a kibbutz followed by a tour of israel, jordon egypt and sinnai was pretty sweet. i'm due a sabbatical at the end of the year. really want to go to south america.

curb your enthusiasm (best show to come out of the us in decades) the west wing ramsey's kitchen nightmares 24 lost season 2 that's about it
-
we could just talk about how shit we are. i can't think of many other clubs in the premiership that depress their support more than us, except maybe villa and the mackems
-
blaydon was different class

Shearer won't be on the coaching staff next season

i think it's a good idea. it's time to see where the club goes without shearer behind the scenes. -
i quite fancy the hammers to go all the way actually and dean ashton to get a late england call up.

interesting. but i reckon he'll end up at real madrid -
incompetent tbh. wales knocked out the millennium stadium in a year or two. wembley has taken the best part of seven years and has run million over budget.

The right decision imo, well done law lords. The amount of money spent on that case pales into insignificance compared to the war in Iraq does it not Leazes? 109178 Yes, but the war in Iraq some would say had to be done regardless of the cost, whereas this pile of shite above is a complete nonsense - throw the fuckers out of the country if they are not prepared to wear the school uniform like the other kids - I see the daft cow is now considering appealing on the grounds of human rights... 109196 you couldn't make it up!

my only criticism of him is he does tend to dwell on the ball. he doesn't always notice the early pass and will check and turn back on himself before trying a more ambitious ball.
-
Better CB tbh. 109636 marginally tbh

i was about the start a similar thread. i thought moore looked our best player when he came on. he looked calm in possesion and i liked the way he looked to play the ball out of defence on the deck instead of hoofing it upfield. we've got to get rid of elliot though. he looked awful at left back.
-
the lads in the old shed end did us proud last night but the lads on the pitch let us down again. shearer looked a sorry figure. i feel sorry for him, but he looked his age last night. no movement from him at all, a shadow of his former self. i'm absolutely gutted for him but it was all too predictable. cheslea beat us convincingly without ever getting out of second gear.

outstanding performances from a young side (udal excepted)
-
gutted they deleted the thread on NO tbh. i could do with a laugh

Hmmm, I was reading an article in the Times about snowboarders going off-piste. Apparently they are responsible for most the avalanches seen in the Alps (very frequent this year because of the late snow). Usually they end up killing other people by triggering avalanches beneath them - there was an English skiier killed in this way this year in Italy iirc - and the boarders that caused it are probably going to get lenghy sentences. 108682 christ. no one told me about that like.
-
i agree with gemmil. we should have been far more aggressive and declared early. i can see this one heading for a draw, especially with the wall still to come in. he can hang around at the crease all day if required.
-
boarding is different class. once you try it you'll never go back to skiing. i've just got back from a week in courchevel (french alps). it's defintely worth persevering with. i had a few hairy runs when the visibilty fucked up but you soon forget about the sore arse from the first couple of days when you're linking turns and cutting up the fresh powder off piste. there's just nothing like riding untouched snow....it's like surfing through air - you've just got to try not to fall over because you can end up getting buried waste deep in snow and having to swim through snow to saftey.

bland, middle of the road gash tbh
