Have you got Lightroom Andy? It has a processing module that is like a mini stripped down Photoshop. Most of the adjustments work on sliders. I tend to do a version where its obvious its been processed and then another version where I drop the sliders to a level where its just noticeable that you've tweaked it. More often than not, I end up preferring the less manipulated one.

One and Three I like a lot. Two needs all the right-hand side cropping off so your Mrs is in the right-hand third of the image. The other two aren't really my thing, but there's nowt the matter with them.
