I think some managers just think it's common practise as opposed to making the substitution for a reason. Yesterday it actually looked like they were going to put Viduka on about the same time Butt got injured and then they changed their mind because they were forced into subbing Butt. This was around the 20 minutes to go mark I think. What I don't get is when you know you need to do something tactically but an injury happens, why not make both subs anyway! No they vary - some are signposted and they also sometimes have mobile units which they hide behind bridges. I don't think its worth the hassle - I usually just stick to 70-80. Oh.

I know this is a stupid question but what is the maximum speed on an English motorway? Obviously you get things like a 50mph sign at road works but then when all is clear there is nothing. I've driven autobahns and outback Australia (NT) where there are (were) no actual speed limits but the motorways are as confusing as fuck.
