Find a good reliable, cheap supplier of nylons string acoustic guitars and then you've got the high turn over items covered. Then stock things like those hand made Tasmania effects pedals that you can charge a bomb for for all those that want something different. I really close family friend runs a music shop, not just guitars but all instruments, in a regional town and at least 50% of all his profit is from the high turn over, low cost high profit things. the stuff you would never buy yourself but parents do for their children (like the squires guitars). I've just finished Marley & Me! by John Grogan.
