Not sure if it has been mentioned in the last 4 pages but you should definitely have one bad meal a week, if you constantly eat under calories your metabolism slows down so you need to shock it. You should never "starve" yourself either, I was told something a while ago that sounded pretty good. Your metabolism is like a fire, if you pile the wood on it will go out, not put enough on it will go out so you need to put little bits in on a regular basis (think it's every 3-4 hours) to keep it going at it's optimum. Obviously you need to look at what you are eating at what times, like not having carbs too late.
