Anyone convicted of violent crime should be sterilised

I think the living/social/economic circumstances that drove those cases have significantly changed with time and of course you can't buy strychnine over the counter anymore

They'll simply kill until they are caught, doubt killing involves the "oh I could get caught so I won't do it" conversation in the potential killers head.

Wouldn't have answered, I fucking hate Liverpool, always have.

Got a De Walt one of them, supposed to be a drill but is in reality the worlds best screwdriver. For a Drill I prefer my corded Bosch job, proper drill with hammer setting, (with proper drill bits an all) which is a must if you're drilling into masonry. The cordless job is fine for dobbed walls but crap if you hit masonry. Any job you do will be easier/shorter with the correct (and good quality) tools, learned that lesson years ago (despite ignoring my father telling me the same for years previously, eventually I caught on).

Yep, looked comfortable at the back most of the time imo. We're just not "clicking" but I am fairly confident we will, playmakers just not quite playing well enough. Though we played quite well first half yesterday, we were atrocious second half mind but we were not over-run.

I would prefer our troops to be deployed no-fucking-where outside of the UK unless our citizens are under threat. As for Iraq, I firmly believe there are places on the planet where nothing but an "evil despot" can keep a lid on it, western values do not sit well in tribal/ethnic culture. (see what was Yugoslavia as a nearer example). As for the Marines, if they've trangressed military law, I expect the military to deal with it with due consideration of the context of the theatre of operations. There should be a news blackout though, so agenda driven "points scoring" interests don't get involved.

It was the 70's, nipping or grabbing a "legal age" lasses arse was "a bit of fun" in those days as a one off, but it's the fact he went further serially that is the problem. There'd be millions of folks around in the 70's getting arrested if that was sexual assault.

This is the bit of the Keegan case I have a HUGE problem with. In my opinion, he wasn't trying it on, he REALLY wanted the £20 Mill. No way do lawyers "try it on" if you are making frivolous claims in front of the beak, he'll chuck you out. If they didn't think there was a chance he could win it, they'd never have gone forward with it, seriously. That opinion is based upon the fact that I have been through litigation, as a plaintiff/claimant, and every penny of my claim (6 figures) had to be absolutely rationaly justified and backed up, some amounts which to anyone else would appear totally justifiable were stripped out as "in the eyes of the law" my lawyer reckoned it could muddy the waters. The law doesn't do "trying it on". Shit! I had to stump up for a QC to represent me, why? because my lawyer said the other side were putting a QC up and whilst he (my lawyer) was eminently qualified to present my case (which was cast iron in his opinion) the Judge could very well say "well a lawyers telling me this, but a QC is telling me the other" and in that situation the Judge would go with the QC and I shouldn't take the risk (for the sake of something like £900 an hour as I recall!!!). I was outraged (and still am) seeing I was brassic at the time. If a lawyer/QC goes before a Judge and makes non-serious claims or tries it on, the Judge will remember, no Lawyer/QC will put themselves in that position, they have to have reasonable grounds for anything they put forward. The law is an ass and it has a whole set of rules all for itself, it's a members club and you don't mess on with those higher up in the club than you and you don't waste a Judge's time. P.S. I won btw, recovered fuck all in the end though, but at least I won and learned an awfull lot about the law (none of it good) in the process.

I prefer Scotch Bonnets, as well as good heat they add a great flavour. Grew my own last year, good crop and well hot, placky gloves on when preparing though. My lad got a bottle of hot sauce from the states it's 392K on the scoville, a little-finger nail sized drop is perfect for anything you want to spice up, half that for "not a big panfull" though.

Love Chilli me My Mrs makes a belter. My brother in law made one for us when he was last over from the US, for the meat he used a whole chicken and a huge joint of beef, was amazing, crazy yanks.

Newcastle sign four year shirt deal with ''Wonga''
Toonpack replied to Holden McGroin's topic in Newcastle Forum
No point complaining today, it's Eid, they'll all be off having Eidmas dinner and stuff. -
Look at Keys and Gray for a recent example of what "stars" could (or thought they could) get away with, even today.

Nope, it's just I'm not a hate everything he's done merchant just because he's Ashley and his brand is Sports Direct and on this forum to a greater degree that is the top and bottom of it. We are a football club, we were skint, we had to go through the bargain basement phase (unless Ashley was prepared to continue to pump in £20 mill a year, which he wasn't), we will make our highest ever revenues under Ashley. We have just agreed a new more lucrative sponsorship deal, we're on the up. I work down south, the only people I hear whinging about "cheap" is on here, to everyone else we are Newcastle United the big club up north.
