He was asked something about playing the role of emergency striker and he made reference to the fact he wants to play there. You can argue he's plateaued rather than vastly improved. I think he's still got a lot of potential that needs realising. There was a conversation going on with the pundits following the England game last night about who was the better left wing selection between Gordon & Rashford. They came to the conclusion that it'd close but that Rashford probably edges it on account of his goalscoring. Being completely dispassionate, they're probably right. He's frustrating to fuck because there's clearly so much more to offer. Also I think he believes in the hype which doesn't help things.
