So do I. Bell Drummond on the other hand
-
Well no it's Borthwick or someone like Robson or Bell Drummond or Stoneman that I'd advocate. But Butler has been a big part of the test squad for a couple of years now so I don't think he'll be totally ignored. He does need to play some county games though. Fuck knows what the schedule is now though. I think he's not had the chance to play 4 day since he came back from the IPL as they seem to just be on one day and T20 games at the minute.

Borthwick is averaging 82 in the championship this year with a few hundreds already and he's playing at 3. Would give another spin option too. I don't think they'll want to change things round too much but maybe Root and Bairstow moving up with Butler coming back in is another option. I agree with Alex that Vince will get more time.
-
Can't see there's any way he'll keep his place. Mind you Vince is struggling a bit too. He needs a score too.

Borthwick to come in at number 3 for the next series?

I think Kadar made one of his few appearances (and looked good) and it was when the Colo chant was really starting to take hold.

There's a similar theory about Theon and someone else at Winterfell in the books. I seriously doubt either of them. Arya's actions in this episode were a bit odd though, so I wouldn't be surprised if there is more to what happened than meets the eye. Either she had some sort of plan for this to fake her death and get free of the faceless men, or Jacquen maybe up to something with the waif. You would certainly think it's difficult for her just to survive an attack from a faceless man without some seriously good medial help.

Seem to remember we played them on a Tuesday or Wednesday night there in the last promotion campaign. Think it was the only away game I got to that season until QPR on the last day. Might have a look at going to this if there's any new faces by then.

I know very little about the league. From what little I watched, I wasn't impressed with the standard. Mind you I watched us all season and for the most part I wasn't impressed with our standard either. Still think that if our attitude is right, with Rafa, we should piss this. You'd assume the relegated teams should be the strongest but I think Villa have a hell of a lot of work to do so it will depend on that. I think Norwich will be definitely be strong. Beyond that it's anyones guess.

Aye there's no way there's an OAP heating allowance in Westeros.

Aye, you might find out that someone might have done something. Or not.

Film/moving picture show you most recently watched

Trainwreck was canny enough to watch with a bird but nothing special. Watched All Things Must Pass the story of Tower Records last night. Looks like it was a quality place to work back in the day. Nearly all the clerks seem to have ended up as VP's and spent half their time getting wrecked. They were completely blind as to what was coming with digital downloads though. HMV have done well to keep going all things considered. -
I do enjoy having my theory tugged though.

It does need a certain level of intellect mind. It would be unfair of us to expect you to keep up.

As long as no one spoils it for you.

Shit

Apart from that one.

The OFFICIAL Transfer Rumours Thread

I'll be interested to see who comes in for him. He's a player who gets talked up a lot by pundits who I can only assume only watch his highlight reel. If a club like Arsenal do come in for him it will tell you a lot about the level of scouting these clubs do. -

His game is solely based on pace and power and if he can't be arsed (which he can't most of the time) he's useless. I suspect he'd be arsed even less in the championship and we'd see even less decent games from him. I suppose if he were to end up somewhere like Arsenal then he might be more up for it so you might see the best of him more regularly. But I don't think the best of him is close to champions league standard. I watched Diame in the play off final and he looked twice the player Sissoko is. -

"It is flattering that a coach like him, a great coach, wants to keep me. But I think he knows that playing in the Championship would be difficult for me. If he doesn't think he's good enough for the championship, I can't see how he thinks he can play in the champions league. -

I hope the cunt ends up somewhere like that. But as long as he's not our problem any more I'll be happy. -

I've never seen much of McCormack but I just doubt a player who is 30 and never made it in the top flight. -
I had a quick search yesterday and it appears Bein show games overseas.

Mirror seem to be reporting today that he's given a positive indication to Rafa that he will stay. I would like to think that he would at least risk til January and see how we are doing by then. At the minute it's not like there appears there's a load of top clubs after him. If there was I could understand him wanting to go. But if it's the likes of Palace who under Pardew have a strong chance of being in the relegation mix again, I don't really see there's a great need for him to move. Apparently we're willing improve his wages too.
