I give it to you, that Martins needs time to develop an understanding with his team mates and has to adapt to the league. And I am much more positive about him as I was at the beginning. But I still think he should make a bit more of an effort to help his team mates to understand him as well. Over large periods of the game his movement is far too static. He just stands there and waits to be on the receiving end of a pass. He doesn't even make himself available, but is just too passive. He could do a lot more to help his own cause. He far too rarely uses his pace, something we could have done with yesterday a lot yesterday. But it never looked like we could hit them on the break by using him. He starts to show promise, but he is still far away from showing that he is the quality player some people make out he already is. And I don't even bother watching a collection of handpicked scenes on youtube. I rather watch the games he plays in a Newcastle shirt to judge him.

Hey guys, what's going on in this thread?

What has Rob W's son got to do with it? Herzlichen Glückwunsch!

I haven't been for a couple of years, but it was always one of my favourites in Newcastle. Had a mint jukebox, IIRC, & at least it was different from the usual chain pub bollocks.... I believe the jukebox is touted as "officially the best jukebox in newcastle" But only the 5th best Jukebox in England in the last decade. Sack the staff. The staff have to work to a budget, they aren't made of money and can only buy so many songs, you double wanker!!! Fair enough, but you don't spend 2 grand on just a juke box when you need a pool table as well.

Yes, but do they stand up for old ladies in the bus, eh?

Good riddance.

Smooth Operator will make up for half of the needs of the north-east tbh

I reckon he's hid in a bin outside his house with a camera as we speak Peasepud in a bin? He struggles to hide in a dust cart tbh.

I quite often experience it when she is posting here after drinking...

I like Pratokles. We should have a poll tbh. I find 'cunt' quite suits you. A bit unimaginative. But as I consider myself a Kantian, I let you off for the poor spelling...

You should attend a course at the Invicta School of Pollmaking.

I'd say it's even impossible as they already have the right to come to the country due to freedom of establishment and service in the European Union.

Totty night. I can throw the random name calling at you if it keeps you awake. Are you able to stay up all night and do it periodically? Well, I have to finish some work, so probably yes. But your username isn't offering too much. It's also less (childish) fun, when people probably don't get upset about it...

I don't have that option. My body is so hardcore and so ready for punishment that it refuses to allow me to sleep through my hangovers. I get up at 6 or so and live through the pain. Yep, I am the same. I always wake up quite early again and have to suffer. But you play much better football when you are still drunk.

Basically it's the standard of alcohol you are drinking. The more fusel (oil) it consists the more headache you get. It is the same for wine - or as I learned over the weekend for beer. So the first rule always should be not to drink cheep stuff.

Finally someone with some sense. How much vinegar are these people putting on to risk washing all the salt off their chips ffs? Inhuman amounts. I'd actually re-think if Gayjon was agreeing with me tbh. It's vinegar first for me, although it doesn't make any difference in the end. But it's something I really miss on the continent, not to get malt vinegar, but too have to buy it vastly overpriced. Thought you would have grown up by now The ol' changing name trick is one he pulls quite often. Genius! If only I thought of that kind of thing in primary school. As one of my favourite Jorman writers said: The advantage of intelligence is that you can pretend to be dumb. The opposite is much more difficult.
