So you're now idolising two former leaders of the IRA? Hypocritical and shuddering. That was a joke you cock. You're really sensitive about this. I have a right to be. How's that then, Vuvu? Because it's my city. Innocent people from my city being murdered by nothing more than scum. Friends of my Da, Granda etc. murdered for nothing. Do you hold that remark to the British Army in general, or just those present on the day? Or perhaps those present and those who gave the orders?

You know what? The subject itself is worthy of discussion. I've been told numerous stories, things you'd hardly believe about things that have happened over there. The shite and wrong doings from all sides. These from a few guys I know down in Armagh where I work now and again. However, this opening slant you decided to take. I tried to overlook it as immaturity, and were it not for being a 'net forum I'd have taken particular exception to that comment. Most people, myself included, agree that what happened then was shocking. Disgusting. The whole thing was a shambles and its a shame it's taken this long and cost so much to prove that. Those there on the day have been rightfully exonerated. Don't though think this report covers everything, no matter what the report looked into, there are numerous things that went on during the height of the conflict that will only remain in peoples heads, talked about in certain bars. The whole thing was a mess. You'd have probably had more support if you didn't open the thead by coming across as a total fucking wanker. Then again, wouldn't be you otherwise eh. My fucking troops. Fuck off.

Tut tut. Love Helvellyn, better from the East side though. I usually climb up from the pub at the bottom, through the houses, trees and then its pretty much a straight climb following the wall. Bit of a lung buster like. Been for a dip in Red Tarn a few times as well under striding edge. Was a bit put off a few years back though when we swam in and bumped into a dead sheep...

Why though? Union flag isnt representitive of this world cup. Would the Scottish Parliment have the St George Cross on it seeing as they are not in the WC? Don't see the issue myself.

Man walks into a bar and says look I can talk like a robot not using punctuation as well

Nope. Me and my mate have tickets and when one cant go we give the other the ticket to take someone else. Money never comes in to it.

Well impressed. Mine is due for an upgrade (I have the Iphone 3G). This offers many of the things that were missing, especially multitasking. Also to come to the iPad as you'd expect. Good stuff.

Few more. These are from the weekend. I was walking up in the cheviots. This walk is along the Coquet Valley (Just north of Rothbury) and then up to Windy Gyle (3rd highest in the cheviots) and runs along the Scottish Border.

Aye get quite a few out the back of ours at dusk, at first glance they look like birds on speed.

I always expect Spain to do well and they always fail. Bizarre side with cracking players that just dont do it in the WC. My concerns for us is also injuries. We seem to rely on Rooney and I can see him getting a knock. Also some key players like Barry & Cole have question marks over their fitness. Brazil are always one to watch as well. I'm kinda torn between Spain/Brazil with us getting to the Semi's. Plummed for Spain. Again.

I think I kinda grew up thinking I had to dislike gay people. But then once I was in the clubbing scene, more so rockshots, a few people I befriended or were in our drinking crowd were gay/bi. Just like any regular joe tbh and a couple in particular became pretty close friends. However, I do dislike having it shoved in my face. But then I don't like having straight couples shove their displays is my face either. I have a dislike of anyone "straight, bi, whatever" who has a "look at me and what I do" attitude to anything.

Paranormal Activity. Considering its budget, its was pretty good. Nowhere near what the hype would have you believe. But for its simple plot and setting, I thought they achieved a good feel to it without going too OTT. Worth a watch, it is what it is.

Fucking hell, thats scary. How do you even start thinking about plugging that?

We just went to Gibside yesterday and it happened to have kids attractions on. Member of the national trust so it cost nowt to get in (usually £8 I think). Cracking grounds to walk around. The stuff for the kids was like planting seeds and stuff. Its a canny place just to hang about though if you like outdoors stuff.

Do you do tricks or something? I do actually, but I reckon you're scared of clowns. You know, after "that" birthday. Oh, the one were your dad came in uninvited dressed as a clown. Little Johnny was never the same again Nah, the clown was invited. They just didnt tell you. Maybe you knew but it's a supressed memory.

Had mine for a few weeks now and its fantastic. For work related stuff anyway. Out with the cumbersome lap top and case full of brochures and books. All on this now and use GoodReader App for PDF handling. Top notch. Also good for storing/viewing photo's. Kindle is great and Im on to my second book now using that. In bed I use the black background so not to light up the whole room so wor lass doesnt get irritated by the light being on etc. Great apps for kids as well, esp the Dr Seuss books. I did have some wi-fi issues like which are well documented. Id hope they would be resolved in a future firmware update.
