I'm always right. Haven't you denied being NE5 in the past?

Snap, crackle and pop my young ginger snap. You brought it up because you mentioned you were on the phone. Now piss off.

I'd take anything at the minute. I just hope this doesn't mean people will get off Shepherds back. He's the main reason we're in this mess.
-
You think the anti-Shepherd brigade beat him to death in the town last night or is he just avoiding this forum like the plague?
-
Bring back the Iron Madien tbh

Did you not hear the 'recording' on 5 Live today? Apparently Lineker and Shearer were caught off camera but some BBC *spits* wag recorded it and it is 'doing the rounds'. Well, it was doing the rounds though I only heard it the once. I can't remember the exact wording but this is close to how it went: Lineker: 'Well, Alan, things are pretty bad up there now. Fancy taking the job?' Shearer: 'You're havin a fuckin laugh, Gary, I wouldn't go near that place with that man in the chair......and rightly so.' Does Lineker always talk like he's on MOTD, even when off camera?

The subtitles for that bit were great. Instead of 'Journalists', they wrote 'Germans from the northeast were asked to produce their credentials' Meenzer got his cock out tbh

Van Basten ?? Good striker, but not as good a player as Zidane Well if you're going to be picky Mr Hips I shall have to remove Puskas as well then, but on ability alone and for what he done Marco has to be there. I would have included Romario and Muller as well but no doubt Snakey would have picked on that as well. Gerd Muller was a favourite of mine as a boy and he can be there as well. Puskas MUST remain as an equal to Zidane imo Romario? No. You must be sniffing nail polish, or summat Des Hamilton has to go in, like.

How many have you been to though? Looks like i'm off to Pakistan

He's only started 11 games for us since he joined - FACT

Is anyone that bothered about the result tonight?
Ted Maul replied to Gemmill's topic in Newcastle Forum
Because playing Luque up front on his own would really allow Luque to take his chance. Roeder's so dumb, he doesn't realise Luque is not an out-and-out striker. He is a support striker or wide striker. Can I just be the first to say Luque was awful tonight, no passion, did fuck all, crap, overpaid, mercenary. -

Champions League Game The Neet - Tuesday 31st
Ted Maul replied to wykikitoon's topic in Newcastle Forum
Lord knows I hate the BBC *spits*, but that coverage by ITV tonight was just fuckin' pathetic. Hosted by the tit who said at the end of the World Cup Final: '....Italy receive the Jules Rimet Trophy'Mind you, he did work for the BBC *spits* for a long time so his incompetence is understandable. Then: Mistake 1 - 'The referee has lost it' Err, no, you fuckin' retard, YOU have got it wrong. Mistake 2 - 'Essien has been stamped on deliberately.' Two minutes later, and after a better view from a different angle - 'Maybe there was some accidental clash' or words to that effect. Mistake 3 - 'Koulou (sp) replacing Didier Drogba.' Err, excuse me, you fuckin' mong, but who exactly scored Chewsea's second equaliser??? Pathetic. Add to that the general monginess of David Pleat, he was worse when we were in the Champions League mind,. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Pleat -
Whey, as far as I know it's against the rules to have a bash from the bench.

Same with nearly every other foreigner we get though isn't it? Luque, Robert, Kluivert, Viana...even fucking Emre's been getting a hard time of late. Are they all just lazy mercenaries who are here to pick up their wages or are Newcastle the ones doing something wrong? How come the likes of Arsenal hardly ever get their fingers burnt when they shop abroad, make much riskier investments in younger players and come out looking the bee knees whereas we sign a big name and come out looking like Grade A cunts? I agree that Emre doesn't deserve stick. Having said that, our English players get as much, if not more, stick. Bramble? Ramage? Parker gets stick, even. Ameobi? etc. It's not just the foreign players- it's ALL of the players. The English players are just shit though, it has fuck all to do with the effort they put in? The major problem I have is that no one asks why we suffer more than anyone else at the hands of lethargic Europeans? I've heard rumours that our policy for helping foriegners settle in once we sign them is awful compared to Liverpool/Arsenal etc. As far as I know they walk into training on their first day, the manager looks them up and down and goes "You're Spanish/French/Portuguese eh? Go and talk to Nobby, he's from Peru.....pretty much the same thing." Atleast that's what I heard about Viana. You've probably got a point about helping players settle in (or not). It certainly wouldn't surprise me as we seem to be an unprofessional club in so many other ways. I disagree about the fans, in general picking out certain players for certain types of criticism purely because they are foreign though. Every player is subject to criticism but once Luque fluffs a shot he's gets utterly slated for the rest of the match unless he does something of note. Bramble and Shola get the boot stuck in them aswell but it's taken years of sub-standard performances to get them to this level. EDIT: This thread has reminded me of another posted back in the summer about Luque and his treatment when he first joined. I can't remember where the quotes came from but it was fairly clear as soon as Luque had put pen to paper he'd been left to fend for himself.
