It's only taken me 24 years to learn that "mixing it up" is a bad idea. And then sometimes only 5 pints to "unlearn" it.

I've spent many a pleasant evening in Southern France getting slowly sozzled on Orgnac Rose. Local, lovely and relatively cheap. The reds from the local Caves are surprisingly decent too. As for home made- got mullahed on my mates damson wine many summers ago. Rocket fuel. Wouldn't bother now when there is so much cheap, decent stuff available to buy.

There was a rumour at the backend of last season that it'd be announced around the start of this season. It was mentioned in the pre-season programme against Huddersfield that the new ground was to be part of the NewcastleGateshead 2018 World Cup bid as a training venue (also with the International Stadium). The Gateshead Chairman and vice-Chairman are part of that bid team. So hopefully we may hear something within the next month. Another good reason to vote for our bid!

14 stitches? I've just had an involuntary "Sumo" reflex. Btw, like Robchester, since reading your post, I've also done the self check. If all the lads on here do the same, hats off to Sandman.

Depends on the midfield anyway, If they bang crosses into the box, and Strolla manages to get in the way of them, given his woeful 1st touch there's a 50/50 chance it might go in.... No midfield, no Strolla goals. So currently, not a f*ckin hope in hell.

If anyone deserves a State Funeral, this man does. If for no other reason than to remind the current generations of the enormous sacrifices made by his. RIP a true Brit. -

Fuck me, I thought that was a Brazilian slum on a cloudy day! Fully aware I am probably going to make a complete tit of myself here but that isn't really Sunderland is it? Downhill I think. Can you see the yellow striped shirt on the balcony? Can you see the mackem cunt to the left of it? has FF monogrammed on his hoodie.

Humanist ceremonies are pretty flexible, and non religious. My choice when I peg it.

I know its a bit morbid, but has anyone picked their "funeral songs"? I had to organise a funeral a while back, and no instructions or wishes had been left- made it tricky picking appropriate stuff. It got the family talking and we all made our "final wishes" known including music to be played at the planting. You're allowed 4 ( in the Humanist service) 1) The Welcome- as people come into the crem/ church/ etc 2) The Reflection- played while people have private reflections/ prayer/ whatever 3) The Commital- into the fire so to speak 4) Goodbye- as people leave Mine are currently 1) So What - Miles Davis 2) Nimrod - Enigma Variations Elgar 3) Thickfreakness- The Black Keys 4) Born Slippy- Underworld Anyone fancy posting your 4 ( you never know )
