  1. Happy Birthday Boab! Great guy, sits two rows behind me at St James Park
  2. "Understood" as in I said he looked the spit of Doucoure on N-O which then spread to NUFC-Forum, then Twitter, then here....
  3. I can understand not giving him a long term contract but I see no sense in getting rid of him now, especially for 3 or 4 million. Its not like the big money we got for Carroll that you couldnt knock back. His value would not be that much less this time next season. Madness.
  4. I'd be looking to sell them after N-Dubz were announced today... One shit band does not a bad festival maketh. I agree but in all seriousness from someone who has been going for years, it is turning in to T4 on the Beach. It's not the festival it used to be.
  5. I'd be looking to sell them after N-Dubz were announced today...
  6. Marketing and Communications Officer in the Charity and Voluntary Sector. Editor/Designer of a Not for Profit Music Magazine written entirely by young Volunteers. (Also design a third sector magazine in Scotland) Outside of working hours I am also the Chairman (and basically everything else including fundraising/marketing etc) for a Male Cancer Awareness Charity that I set up.
  7. Its not an alias of Leazes but it is an alias
  8. No mention of Vitor Baia and the Falklands War?
  9. What numpty would be daft enough to have folk from on here at their wedding.
  10. Shola with a lovely handball in our box. Great control
  11. I have started a new game as RC Lens. Starting the game between 5 and 6 million in debt I have sold many of the experienced players and given the impressive youth set up plan to bring through the majority of my team through from the reserves and youth team. I have thrown them all in at the deep end with my usual match day squad of 18 nearly always all under the age of 21. Of the few signings Lacina Traore has been the stand out signing. It is not even Christmas yet and he has scored 21 goals in 17 games for me and 13 goals in 5 games for the Ivory Coast U20s
  12. Journo from the Echo - It'd be wise to nip a rumour in the bud now - Steve Bruce has NOT left the club, he's watching the SAFC under-18s as we speak.

  14. Blatantly been looking at Stevies pic on here and trying to out do him on How tall are you and what weight are you? thread...
  15. I dont support either as most know but the generalisations by some on here don't half make me laugh at times.
  16. T in the Park 2011 - Line Up Coldplay, Foo Fighters, Arctic Monkeys, Blink 182, Pulp, Beady Eye, My Chemical Romance, All Time Low, Plan B, Tinie Tempah, Jessie J, Deadmau 5, Pendulum, Bloody Beetroots, Friendly Fires, Bright Eyes, The Vaccines, The View, KT Tunstall, Kei$ha, Manic Street Preachers, Tom Jones, Brandon Flowers, Weezer, Chase and Status, White Lies, Blondie, Cast, You Me at Six, Crystal Castles, Ocean Colour Scene, The Saturdays, Eels, Hurts, The Streets, Noah and the Whale, House of Pain, Slam, Josh Wink, Imelda May, Miles Kane, Vitalic, Diplo, Death Crew 77, Eliza Doolittle, Stornoway
  17. My options were... 1 year season ticket = £558 up front or via monthly direct debit 3 year season ticket = £1350 up front. No Direct Debit option. 10 year season ticket = £504 up front or via monthly direct debit or via yearly direct debit. Cheers Note that the £1350 deal is only offered if you paid in advance on the last 3 year deal. Other lads (like Stevie) who took the DD option that time haven't been given that choice. Dunno which bracket you fall into. I never paid in advance last time, was direct debit, yet online I have the option of the £1350

  19. I think the sooner we get Ben Arfa and Ireland with Nolan being pushed up the park a bit more we could see the goals that would keep us up my only worry is that if we get a few more bad results and heads start to drop we could see ourselves dragged right back in to it.
  20. As I haven't had my renewal pack through yet I have been trying to wrap my head round the prices and different option 1, 3 and 10 year offers along with the discounts. I see online they are offering my seat in the Leazes end at £1350 on the 3 year deals, anyone know if its £450 (a season) on the 10 year deal too? Ashleys not fucking daft with this though and has me exactly where he wants us with these deadlines. I have been undecided all season as to if I would renew for a number of reasons including the direction of the club, travel hassles, days off work most importantly the amount it costs me per year to go to each game. If I am to renew I obviously want my seat for the best price possible but to ensure this I need to sign on the dotted line within a fortnight? Bawbags...
