Dr Gloom 20051 Posted December 1, 2023 Share Posted December 1, 2023 (edited) just watched the Louis interview with Pete Doherty. the bloke doesn't look at all well and is probably going to die young despite managing to stay off the gear for about three years. looks like he's replaced the smack addiction with pies and cheese. and he still drinks and smokes like a chimney. it was a good watch, especially if you're a fan of the libertines. he's an intelligent bloke, funny, interesting but overall a bit tragic, as most addicts are. there's real sadness in his eyes and you get the sense he has a lot of regrets. i had no idea about the stuff surrounding the bloke who fell to his death at a party he was at. The last game in squid games was brutal, wouldn't let my 12 year old watch it. Really enjoying the reality version. I've got a great idea to make it even better. Just kill the contestants. We're far enough into dystopia by now to have real squid games, hunger games, and the running man. But no nudity or sex scenes, so it's fine, I guess. Always amazed me that in the US in particular, scenes where people are getting their heads blown of by a magnum are okay, but show a bit of cock or fanny and that's a red light. Like it's okay to show someone killing someone, but loving them, we can't have that. It's even more bizaree with the presence on online porn nowadays.
