Spurs have conceded four here as well. Next up are Chelsea (H), WBA (A) and Liverpool (H). The way the season's going we could get anything between 0 and 7 points. Important is the points tally at the end of December - would be happy to have 25. Hooray. Can't think why Hughton would rather play Guthrie wide right than Routledge. Must not rate him at all, but he looked decent when he came on. Routledge on the wing and Guthrie instead of Smith would've been much better. Our players generally wanted far too much time on the ball and were simply being outran, outmuscled and outplayed. OTF 6310 Posted November 20, 2010 Share Posted November 20, 2010 100% our own worst enemies. If Bolton's finishing was better they could have had a swag more on top of the ones we gifted them. They didn't have to do anything in this match apart from wait for us to spectacularly self-implode. It all started with the stupid penalty that Nolan gave, then the failure to clear. Their third was down to them, but at 0-0 it's unlikely they would have created that chance. Coloccini served up their next on a platter, so all said and done they've scored one goal of their own making. The ref and linesmen conspired to add insult to our injury with the Enrique 'penalty' to top off a game that now rivals Blackburn for most forgettable performance of the season.
