Don’t do it to yourself, mate. As a few others have pointed out it’s basically a Liverpool fanzine at this point.

I'll see your BBC article, and raise you a Jamie Carragher - "With the British record signing of Alexander Isak, Liverpool’s transformation into the Premier League’s ‘galácticos’ is complete."

The same Isak he didn't think was even worth £110m after the first bid got rejected?

Coming from a die-hard boyhood Everton fan as well. There can't be a bigger cunt in punditry.

Was about to post similar. What an absolute cunt this bloke is and if you watch and listen to football in this country you're stuck with him for another two decades at least. Fanks sky. :good:

I read that in the early hours this morning, or should I say got to the second paragraph, realised it was a fucking rank dress up of a fanzine piece and not wasted a single second more on it.

The galacticos weren't that successful by Real Madrid standards. Similarly, PSG were pretty shit until they dumped this strategy. It's not the way to build sustained success. I hope each and everyone of them is an injury prone flop and the club goes bankrupt.

I saw a clip of Carragher recently on that thing where him Neville, Keane, Jill Scott and Ian Wright pretend they’re having matey banter. The question was posed as to who was the most successful English player to have played abroad. He was very pleased with himself when he piped up with: John Charles :D

I think Beckham was there about 4 seasons and had one La Liga to show for it

throwing money at star signings doesn't always result in a successful team. the real madrid galacticos experiment of the 2000s and more recently chelsea and psg are two good examples. psg finally won the CL when they got rid of the superstars and moulded a team of talented players who worked for each other.

i sincerely hope it goes tits up at liverpool

The guy who drove his car through the crowd of Liverpool supporters celebrating their title win has pleaded not guilty to 31 charges! He is on video, the thicko.

He's a scouser, wasn't his fault your honour. Case dismissed.

a decent KC will be licking his lips at the prospect of representing doyle in this case i think, every chance he gets off with it, the prosecution will struggle to prove intent

video evidence is far from conclusive i think, on the contrary, most of it indicates a bloke who accidently finds himself amongst the parade and is stopped. it's only when the feral cunts start smashing up his car and attempting to drag him out of it that he appears to panic and flee.

let's be honest here, it’s not the first time the dippers have shown how they haven't got a fucking clue how to behave when theyre in a pack.

His KC has already been banging on about the legal system and how they weren’t able to get a laptop into the prison to show  the cunt the masses of video evidence. The BBC chose to focus a fair bit of their article on that plus his being a former Royal Marine Commando. I’m not sure why that’s more relevant than his being a fan of Reform, Trump and Andrew Tate. But as soon as it was made clear the attack wasn’t carried out by a terrorist who wasn’t white it was suddenly really important to let everyone know he was a CEO (even though he was a CEO in the same way William Storey) and a dad (so fuck?). I full expect a PTSD excuse to emerge in the coming days

howay man alex, the legal/justice system IS on its hands and knees and you dont need to have read the secret barrister ro be aware of that. they're absolutely desperate for every fucker to go to a magistrates court and plead guilty to everything. and the poor cunts that aren't will be found guilty by unqualified, elderly, middle/upper class know nowts because they've been denied the opportunity of a trial by a jury.

im sure there's videos other than the dozens we've all seen, however the ones we have pretty much showcase the moments from when his car was at a standstill and being attacked by a gang of rabid, no mark fucking scallies up until he was arrested. at no point does he look like somebody intent on causing carnage, because by god he could have, proper, proper carnage. he spends the vast, vast majority of the time driving down the middle of the road avoiding people rather than trying to hit them.

Taking your hatred of Liverpool fans a tad too far perhaps. I mean I think you can acknowledge the state of the legal system whilst recognising it’s not particularly relevant here. And the coverage has been quite lopsided in relation to the perpetrator. And I think what he did was indefensible and I wouldn’t mind seeing the results of his tests for drug and drink driving.
