None of them seem capable of understanding that there is a huge gap between the championship and Premier league. Most rate Clarke higher than Gordon. Both in ability and value. They're about the same age I think. Gordon has played nearly 100 PL games. Clarke has played **checks notes** - none. I concede they’ve got some good young players. And their academy has done well for them down the years too. But we’ve undoubtedly got a better set of young talent, including a few home grown ones.
