They are not allowed time to settle, that's why Enrique and Colo (and Anita for that matter) were branded shite by many early doors.

Yep- instant success demanded. It's a tough culture for managers and players and patience is rarely provided. That's why for me, investment is a long term thing.

Though Tiote looks worse now than he did when he first signed!

From the Mag

As one of Lille’s (LOSC) favourite sons, Mathieu Debuchy’s departure has prompted LOSC to put up a video salute to their departing star.

The video is well worth a watch, a bit cheesy in places but some quality match footage as well, even featuring our new man scoring from corners!

Unsurprisingly the video has French commentary but thanks to our resident translator Pierre there are some edited highlights of the commentary below, in the order that they appear;

“A dog, a real dog leaves us after 19 years at the club….. to join his accomplice Yohan Cabaye” (MD is nicknamed ‘The Dog’ due to his combative nature on the pitch).

“MD is a 100% Lillois (equivalent to us as Geordie)”.

“A real dog”!

“Faithful”!

“A fighter”!

…and “loyal”!

“LOSC pays homage with a video to thank him for his services and to wish him the very best of luck in the next stage of his career”.

“He will remain in the hearts of both LOSC and fans and the video is dedicated to him”.

Im not expecting him to play against Norwich. AP probably want to "ease him in" like he always does, pretending like we dont actually need the players we get in right away.

There would be no point in him doing that, Simpson is injured and we have an international RB ready to get going. I believe he will start. Edited by 2bias

You can pretty much take the opposite of anything Aeris says as fact

She must be 14, the angst is incredible.

'Wouldve just been typical Alan, an arrogant prick who I put no trust in decisionwise'
