I was at both the games where we got twatted 4 nowt by these, this sounds much the same

Nothing's changed at NUFC since those games. We're going down this season because most other clubs have got slightly better.

They'll all move here or there and get on with their careers, picking up their pay cheques and pretty much pretending this season never happened. We'll be the ones stuck with the mess as usual.

Cowardly, incompetent, honourless pricks the lot of them

Got to feel for Darlow. He's come in in the worst possible circumstances and has done pretty well, but he's operating behind comfortably the worst defense in the league protected by the laziest midfield in the league.

On that one he would have saved it were it not for Lascelles deflection.

Aye, you're right, our midfield is lazy as fuck. I don't know what the opposite of gegenpressing is called but they're experts at it.

If nothing else Townsend can really hit a ball. Great pace on that considering the position of the ball when he connected.

He's been a better buy than Shelvey

You could mount an argument that Saivet was a better buy; he can't continually turn the ball over if he's not playing. Defensively their contributions are similar.
