I think we could all have guessed this but we have OFFICIALLY been the worst hit team by injuries this season. By quite some distance.

But the BBC reckon Liverpool are suffering the most from injuries, while sitting top and winning the league cup

Aye, that's fair enough. But I doubt they'd be top if they had all their injuries earlier on in the season.

Over the past 9 games we've lost 2 (one last miniute goal v Man City and Arsenal away).

The performances haven't really been there but we are chugging along.

I’d actually consider flying over for this just to call Michael Owen a cunt.

I’d consider hiring a plane trailing a banner

ManU have snookered themselves. You can't publicly label someone the "best" and "only" person for a role, publicly insult the holder of his contract, then expect to come to the negotiating table and make demands. To acquire "the best" requires a uniquely large price tag to match. They've told all their friends in the media that they had to have him. That guarantees that they can't walk away from the deal! What did they expect we would do?! This is a masterclass in incompetence.

And their supporters have this insane notion that these new co-owners were going to change everything for them. Although, I will grant that overpaying for a useless suit is certainly a change from overpaying for useless players.
