Granted it was subjective, but the for the player ratings on the mobile app I use for matches, Wirtz & Isak were rated as Liverpool's lowest-scoring outfield players last night. He'll have gone there thinking that as a British record fee he's a shoe-in when considered fit, like he was with us. I think he's going to be disappointed. Our maturity to play a squad game ahead of a defined preferred XI is behind Liverpool. If his eyes aren't wide open, the dummy may be spat before too long. I also reckon his decision to go on strike, rather than do the right thing and train & make himself available to play for us might work against his ability to embed himself into regular consideration. Last season he won the title by changing Gravenbach's position and getting more out of Salah who's relationship with Klopp has deteriorated to say the least. They're both marks of a top class coach tbf; identify problems and sort them using your ability and the players already there. This is a whole different thing though; one of the 3 forward players signed this summer won't be happy.
