That section of our fanbase sounds like the dopey mackems that want the manager gone as soon as they lose against us. We're in the semi final of the cup and hopefully about to get into the knockout stage of the CL. If that's not enough to appease these clowns, they can all fuck off. Anyway, it's not them that'll make the decision about his future, but it's genuinely embarrassing that these people exist. He's the most successful manager of any of our lifetimes. This lot would want Keegan gone at the first sign of a bad spell too.
  3. Common sense says you’re right Gemmill. Common sense goes out the window with derby defeats though. I genuinely think he’s lost some support among the fanbase and given our completely haphazard season so far it’s going to be tricky to get the back. A lot now depends on the Wissa/Murphy axis and makeshift fullbacks…
  4. Looks like someone's slapped a sticker on CT's head.

Last night we equalled the all-time record for most consecutive League Cup wins in regulation time - nine consecutive wins. The last team to do it was Liverpool back in the 94/95 season. The idea that this bloke's job is under threat can just get fucked.
  6. Hamstring. Hopefully it was just a rest for.precaution given our defence is made of marge at the moment.
  7. I'm with strawb. He gives the ball away loads. More so in the second half last night. I thought that was fatigue though. But I don't know how considering he only played 30 mins on Sunday. Yesterday we looked so much more dangerous from balls into the box. Especially driven ones. Yet at times we just didn't bother. It was up the wings then stop and turn around tippy tappy on the edge of the box. Stop go back. It's so frustrating at times. I think that's why the atmosphere was so muted and on edge. The weather was wank first half yet we didn't have many (if any) long range efforts where the keeper could spill it or anything. Anyways. Chuffed we for the win. Onwards.
  8. Fucking hell. Absolutely hopeless.

  10. The knives were never put away, even on bluesky (block finger working overtime) fuck knows what twitter is like.
  11. Aye, his top speed when running back in cover was a surprise. Those long legs can move when they have to.
  12. Endearing isn't he. Innocent smile but the boy can play. Excels in tight spaces and looked very quick against their quick wingers. Very impressive tonight
  13. Yesterday
  14. I'll say again, no one should be going to that. It's the 1936 Olympics all over again.
