If our away form is a concern why change the kit to an away one if you don't need to? (If it's contractual with Adidas then say we'll wear it i later on in the season instead when hopefully the away form picks up).

It has to be a professional, somebody in the medical chain has probably inadvertently sent it to the DVLA.

I've basically already done this. They're both acting coy saying they need the other to ask first. Anyway, I've appealed, I'll leave it a couple of weeks before asking if the DVLA have been in contact.

DVLA need me to get new information from quack to appeal with said new information, I can't get a quicker appointment than early January with quack but his secretary insists they didn't send any information AND WON'T send any information unless DVLA request it. Honestly, they can all fuck right off. I've appealed with two previous letters from consultant which say there's no reason I shouldn't drive pre-scans and another saying they've found nothing post scans but according to the DVLA I need to speak to quack AS WELL. I've sent the old letters anyway.

Cheers, Craig. I'll see what happens tomorrow but even if this gets sorted I've a feeling I'm not driving for a few weeks which I could do without at this time of the year, also we have a motability car sitting on the driveway in lieu of a mobility payment the missus is entitled to.

If it doesn't get sorted it's going to impact Christmas logistically as well.

Just been informed by the DVLA I can't drive for a year from received information by someone who they won't divulge. I've rang the RVI dept who were dealing with me and they insist it's not them, ditto my GP. I've tried ringing the DVLA but there's a waiting time of almost two hours and I'm going to work before that so I'll have to try first thing tomorrow. FFS. I haven't had any deja vu episode for about a year, had MRI scans and EEG scans which have found, to my knowledge, absolutely nothing other than a slightly enlarged fluid lake which everyone has and wouldn't cause my 'deja vu'. I'm not on any medication as I have no illness. I honestly wish I'd never brought it up.

I was brought up with my dad the only breadwinner and my mother occasionally had PT jobs. No car, skint, no foreign holidays, (our holidays were going to NI and staying with grandparents via Stranraer/Larne ferry plus bus/train). I can think of a couple of teacher's pets whose parents had money and took them to Portugal for holidays and were fawned upon by this particular teacher whilst everyone else in similar situations to me had to sit and listen to their tales at the request of the teacher. Anyway, I saw one of them the other day, now early fifties, peddling on a bike past the same school, a druggie.
