Was LITERALLY about to post exactly the same. Came in the post this morning, its absolutely class. Went to see them in HMV in Sheffield the other day where they did an acoustic set. Was really good. I'm off to see them in Manchester next month, 24th I think, for the 4th time! Been moved to Academy 2 as well because of ticket demand... I remember watching them in Preston a couple of years ago with about 100 people there! Nice one, yeh i'm going to see them too at the Plug in Sheffield. Its good to see them selling out across the country though, they're bound to do well here because of friend/family connections. Was standing next to Jon's mum and little brother the other day, Jon was absolutely wrecked at about 5.30 she was so embarrased. Great hidden track at the end of the album aswell btw, wouldn't have been happy if that song wasn't there! Just listened to it fully now... Really like European Lover and Little Big Man, mainly because I've only ever heard them live and had all the others on demo's for ages now. Class tunes though, and What.What You Got had to be on there and thankfully it is!

Had 4 hours of lectures today... not too bad, but felt hungover as fuck due to the last 2 nights out in a row and being wasted on both of them. Canny nights though so it's not so bad. Weekends are different when you're at Uni I guess, tend to be a lot quiter than when you have a full time job and can't really go out during the week. Just a quiet night in planned and a quiet weekend overall I would imagine, especially with NUFC not playing. Gotta go see a house later on for next year, should be thrilling!

It's all the results from every sport put together, both mens and womens teams. Football, rugby, tennis, netball, badminton, snowboarding, basketball, hockey, fencing, and some other ones I can't remember! It was really close towards the end when we are all sat in the union waiting for the results to come in.....I guess you had to be there really....

I reckon that's just market rate for British players tbh. Agree on Davenport, but I like the way Curbishley has identified defence as a problem and is doing what it takes to put it right. I just don't buy that there aren't players out there that are available for loan or purchase to improve our defence. When we fucked up in the summer we should have been working for three months on chasing down targets with a view to getting them in in January. Curbishley's been in the job 5 minutes and he's making signings. But he has a chairman who wants to spend and knows the club will only get worse if they don't.....
