Have managed to make this last a few months but whatever little amount is left remaining is going straight down the Gregory tonight.

Most excitement I've had today has come from devouring a satsuma and a fruit pastille ice lolly. I know how to feast, that's for sure.

I hit 27 in August and things are taking a very quick turn for the worst. For the first time in my life I'm very aware of my age and it's depressing. 1. Everybody seems to be getting married and having kids 2. My nose hair growth is increasing at an alarming rate 3. I got ID'd last month for the first time in years and almost shit my pants with joy. I was positively brimming running back to the car to fetch my license 4. There are people around the mid-twenties who don't even remember the first Gulf War 5. A 30 minute train ride for a wicked night out just doesn't seem worth it anymore Despair.

Might be worth swapping out the RAM if you have access to any spare. Dodgy RAM or RAM that doesn't sit properly can cause the endless reboot cycles you described, but it's also a quick and easy thing to either confirm or rule out. If you don't have any spare but you can still boot as far as the bios then it might be worth running a memory test at http://www.memtest.org/ Ironically you will need a working computer to burn it to CD though.

He's said before that at the end of an event he has very little left in the tank after running the 100 and 200m. I think if he was to concentrate purely on, for example, the 100m one season he might break that 9 second barrier.

I've been feeling quite nostalgic about F1 quite recently and have been doing my best to track down some of the classics over the years to 'relive' them. Some of my favourites include the action packed Suzuka in 2005. Schumacher smashing everybody in the rain in Spain in 1996. Button winning his first race in Hungary in 2006. Spa in 2000. Coulthard snatching the victory in Brazil in 2001. So many memories... Feel free to reminisce with me and list some favourites.

You can't put all lasses in the same bracket some are quite funny and interesting you know However, I know the type of lass you're on about in the work place. I used to work with this lass called Christine who was from down the coast right, and every day I'd have a bet on with the lad opposite me by what time she'd mention her weight watchers points. As the weeks and months went by my spread bet was down to like 10 past 9, and we'd like start at 9am. Oh dear bless her. Was a canny lass actually just boring, she had a massive arse too but would wear proper tight pants. I'm familiar with all of these pathetic diets thanks to the herd of hippos in my office. The latest one that made me laugh was some woman partaking in the strawberry diet, whereby she literally ate only strawberries for a given period of time. Everyone was consoling her come the end of it after she'd ended up gaining a couple of pounds. I guess no one bothered to mention anything about water retention to her - I know I fucking didn't.
