I think it's basically on late at night here, so you've got no chance with your weird up at 5am sleep patterns. It's fairly shite telly mind, mostly just some people lying around in the water and some shots of boats randomly bobbing for ten minutes.

You can change the language if you prefer. Listen to someone burbling on about the surfing in Norwegian or something.
