    Panic attacks

I have only ever suffered from one serious panic attack and it was xmas 2003, me dad had passed away in the August I had been made redundant in the October, started my own business in the November and had been dumped by a bird in the December. All these things came home to roost when i had some time off during xmas and new year, I went out for a walk got about 200 metres from my house and couldn't breathe felt dizzy and just had to return home. The being out of breath felt like I couldn't fill my lungs enough and it lasted about 3 hours, never had one since but I have every sympathy for people who suffer from them regularly.

  6. Its a bit like being asked to choose between a dog or cat shit sandwich! Having said that I prefer the way ManYoo play football.
  7. This guy is quality, I would love to see him play for us.
  8. I have got the Nikon D70 and it is a very good camera, the fact that you are being offered extra lenses and a tripod makes it seem a really good price to me.
  9. For me it has to be Cruyff He was absolutely fantastic great passer, crosser and running with the ball at his feet.
  10. So did we back then... Mind you even at 33 he wasn't bad, was he? I know he was in his early thirties when he came back to us from Everton. Could you imagine what a 23 year old Beardsley would be worth in todays market.
  11. Great stuff How good was Pedro, god I wish we had a 23 year old Beardsley still playing for us.
  12. If Zenit go all the way in the cup there will be a lot of clubs after Arshavin. I think he is quality and playing at Newcastle would be like the South of France compared to where he's from
  13. After a shaky first half we did very well in the second half and deserved the point if not all 3. Taylor's decision making is still very dodgey, one particular header that should of gone for a throw springs to mind and Faye was given a torrid time from McFadden. Enrique will come good and Beye looks a good player both fullbacks would be even better with a class partnership in the middle and some creative midfielders to give and receive the ball from. There is obviously a lack of overall quality in the side but it is what we are stuck with until the summer, we must all get behind Keegan and the team until the end of the season because relegation would be a total disaster.
  14. We have very little chance of beating Blackburn, relegation is a possibility we have to beat the Fulhams of this world Blackburn have too much quality/creativity in attack (Bentley, Macarthy, Santa Cruz) and we will not stop them scoring.
  15. Relegation would be horrendous there is no doubt about that, survival is so important for this season and a major overhaul in the summer is the way to go. Expectations for this season have been unrealistic from the start, we finished 5 points above the relegation places last season so a real mid table position ie. 10 points above relegation would of been a move in the right direction. Come the summer the club if/when it avoids relegation will be a more attractive proposition for new players all the turmoil will hopefully of settled down and Keegan, Ashley, Mort, Wise and Uncle Tom Cobbley an all can sell the club and the way forward without the pressure of survival.
  16. Manchester City's warning to bad lad Micah Richards CITY PLEA TO BAD LAD RICHARDS DEFENDER WARNED TO DITCH PARTYING Darren Lewis 23/01/2008 "Micah Richards has been told to stay away from Manchester 's city centre nightlife if he wants to build on his prodigious talents. City club chiefs have also ordered the 19-year-old England defender - a target for Newcastle boss Kevin Keegan - to ditch the hangers-on surrounding him after a string of unseemly incidents which Richards has been involved in. And one of Richards' friends - a former youth trainee at City - has even been banned from the training ground and matches following a spate of unwanted headlines which have blotted the star's reputation. Richards has been absent from the party scene in Manchester since footage emerged of him and a pal having sex with a fan in a city centre hotel toilet just before Christmas. Advertisement It was the most high-profile of a string of incidents involving Richards to have reached the attention of bosses at the club. They are worried the right-back and central defender could lose his focus because of the champagne-bling lifestyle being led by some of his friends. It is believed the club feel Richards is being led astray rather than losing his way himself and are trying to guide him rather than throw the book at him. A source said last night: "Micah is a nice guy but some of the people around him are bad news. "They go to nightclubs and flash the cash, order bottles of champagne and draw unwanted attention to themselves. "Micah has got the talent to go right to the very top. But some of the people around him are the kind of people that could drag him right down. "Everybody has seen good young players like Joey Barton and Titus Bramble go the wrong way because they take their eye off the ball and nobody wants that to happen to Micah." Richards' future at Eastlands remains in doubt because of his £75,000-a-week pay demand. The star has still not signed a new five-year contract which has been on the table for the last three months and would have doubled his current £25,000-a-week wages. The player is under contract until 2010, having signed a new deal 18 months ago. But he could now be a target for Chelsea, Manchester United or Arsenal, the club he supported as a boy." If a player relies on pace and power one thing that will destroy those qualities is partying.
  17. 10th would be OK for this season considering all the changes.
  18. If keegan wants Sheaer as no 2 then why not? I think all that Shearer is guilty of is being excited about the return of Keegan as we all are! Will Keegan work out second time around who knows but one thing for sure is that 95% of people including Shearer can't wait to find out.
  19. High reckless worth a red for sure.
