  1. It had crossed my mind so if you do know where theres one that suits his requirements PM me and I'll twock it for him. Just spoke to her sister, none left I'm afraid. Her sister works in a kennels for abandoned dogs and there is a a cross Weimraner/Labrador in , 2 years old, meant to be lovely, free to good home. Thanks for looking in to it mate it's much appreciated! Going to have a look at a 7 month old chocolate lab on Sunday... Think the missus has her heart set on it even though we've never met it lol! Woman sent us some pics and tbh he is immensely cute! If that doesn't work out could be interested in the 2 year old cross you mentioned, will give u a shout if we want to have a look. I would give the Chocolate lab a miss if I were you they might look nice but they are a handful, it's no coincidence that you never see a Chocolate Lab as a guide dog. Cheers again I would give the Chocolate lab a miss if I were you they might look nice but they are a handful, it's no coincidence that you never see a Chocolate Lab as a guide dog. Honestly you would be better off getting a pup as you will not inherit all the problems.
  2. To be honest you are better off getting a pup as you can train it the way you want it to be even at 6 months they have picked up some bad habits that will take some shifting. By the way i have got a Large Munsterlander and he is brilliant.
  3. Oliver Holt Daily Mirror I thought Mike Ashley was supposed be Alan Pardew's mate. I thought they had bonded together over the blackjack table at a London casino. I thought they had gazed happily into each other's eyes as Ashley blew a mountain of cash on craps. I thought that Pardew being mates with Ashley and casino boss Derek Llambias helped him get the Newcastle United job. But mates don't make mates look like bloody idiots and, let's face it, this morning Pardew looks like a bloody idiot. Yes, Newcastle got £35m for Andy Carroll, a stunning price for a lad who has only played a smattering of games in the Premier League. And murky waters have been muddied further by Pardew's suggestions that Carroll got greedy. Pardew said that when Liverpool's second offer came in, Carroll demanded a move if Newcastle did not increase his wages immediately. Carroll denies that version of events anyway but even if he had stayed silent, it would not change one salient fact. From the first day Pardew walked into St James' Park less than two months ago, he staked his credibility on the promise that Carroll would not be sold. It was his way of asserting his independence, his way of saying he had not been brought in just to be Ashley's go-to poodle. "Andy Carroll's future was one of the items at the top of my agenda," Pardew said on the day he took over. "When I sat down with Derek last night, Andy Carroll came up, and he stays." At the beginning of this month, Pardew was just as adamant that Carroll would not be sold. "We will give the answer to any club that Andy is not for sale," Pardew said. "I can't say strongly enough that Andy will not leave in this window." Ten days later, irritation had begun to enter his voice and he mocked those who were convinced Ashley would sell Carroll at the first sniff of a decent bid. "They can put together whatever they like," he said of other clubs' intentions. "He is not for sale. One last time, he is not for sale." Poor Pardew. How must he feel today, his dignity shot to pieces, an apologist for an owner who has sunk to new depths of unpopularity on Tyneside. Pardew talked the talk but couldn't walk the walk. When it came to the crunch, everyone knew what was going to happen: Ashley would sell Carroll and Pardew would suck it up. It was never going to be any other way. A stronger manager would have quit the moment Carroll was dragged onto the helicopter to Liverpool. But for Ashley, the joy of Pardew is that he desperately needs the job. He was treated appallingly at Southampton and, after failing at Charlton, Newcastle could be his last shot at the big time. He is a good manager in dire need of a lucky break, but sadly this isn't it. Monday night made him look like a dupe, like the patsy brought in to take the fall. Ashley needed Pardew to be the guy who would stand in front of the media and try to justify the latest sad episode in the sob-story that is Newcastle United. Because after all the drama of transfer deadline-day, Newcastle were the team with the tears rolling down their cheeks when the music stopped. Chelsea were the big winners with the signing of Fernando Torres and at least Liverpool got Carroll as a consolation. Newcastle? When the slow songs started at the end of the evening, there was nobody left to hold their hand. Sure, Ashley got a stunning price for Carroll. And if he had reinvested some of it - any of it - in the team, maybe Newcastle fans wouldn't feel so sore. Er, that's the tricky part. They got nothing. So after an encouraging first half of the season, Newcastle are back in familiar territory: the team that everyone else feels sorry for. By selling Carroll and not securing a replacement, they swapped a shot at a Europa League place for what is likely to become a fight against relegation. They lost all the heady optimism that had come with having a Geordie wearing the famous number 9 shirt again, the shirt that Jackie Milburn and Alan Shearer wore. Then Ashley and Pardew sold him. Even though he said he didn't want to go. Even though he wanted to stay and play for his hometown team. Pardew said yesterday he would be allowed to spend the money in the summer, but after all the broken promises about Carroll, there is only one logical reaction to that: Yeah, right.
  4. Its a bit premature to ask how he ranked after half a season but he showed some promise in the opening part of the season.
  5. I'm with you on this one - Carroll gets told to put in a transfer request so that the deal moves on quickly. At the end of the day it's a job and Liverpool are offering him double, perhaps triple the wages. We can't truly hope to hang on to any player who is wanted by another club so long as we employ a breadline salary structure. The club will no doubt play the card that they reluctantly accepted his request and are bitterly disappointed to see him go. Truth is, if they had any intention on keeping him they'd have matched the wages Liverpool are offering. But they didn't. thats what they used to say when Gazza, Beardsley and Waddle went too mate. Gazza, Beardsley and Waddle were in a different class to Carroll.
  6. He's not though really, is he, fucking madness all round Bent is not worth that sort of money but he has scored goals in the premiership for a number of seasons unlike Carroll who has had a good start to his premiership career and nothing more. Football has gone mental
  7. We have got 20 million more than he is actually worth but that will count for nothing if we go down! I think that is unlikely but it would of been better if he had gone 2 weeks ago giving us time to get some players in with the Carroll money (Ashley permitting)

    Holidays

Isle of Skye in April and then off to Thassos in Greece fantastic island.
  9. The thing is with Carroll is that you still don't know which way he will turn out, total waster or top class striker banging in the goals for the next 10 years, because of this I think the money is too good to turn down.
  10. 30/35 million for Carroll is too good to turn down IMO.

    Australia

The Whitsundays are great I did my open water diving course there, its about a 6 hour boat ride out to the reef but because of that the reef is in much better nick than at Cairns. Fraser Island is worth a visit as well, the biggest sand island in the world with some amazing beaches and fresh water lakes. Sydney is a great city and well worth spending a few days, the Blue Mountains are worth a trip also . Darwin is very humid at certain times of the year, I used to live in Greece so I can handle the heat but Darwin is sweatsville. The best thing about Oz is the wildlife there are so many species that can only be found in Australia.

  13. If anyone deserves a kick in the knackers it this prick!!
  14. Pardew! Oh well he'll take us forward! Hughton is better off out of this place, far too honest and honourable a man to be associated with the likes of Ashley.
  15. We will get who Ashley deserves!! A total yes man who is desperate for a job, any manager with anything about them will give the job a wide berth.
  16. Ashley is an example of how not to run a club! Hughton was doing an OK job survival in the premiership was the goal this season and I think he would of achieved that.
  17. If as has been suggested Pardew is the new manager then I think we will be in trouble.
  18. Munsterlander Retrievers are cracking dogs, we have got a large munsterlander and he is fantastic.
  19. I can remember him keeping a very young Dalglish out of the Scottish team, a great talent but in my opinion Beardsley is the best player that I have seen play for Newcastle. Playing record 33 games 3 Goals
  20. Its certainly roller coaster so far this season!! but if you think back we would all of bitten our hands off for Premier league status next season. Hopefully we will still be in this league next season and the way I see it 5th from bottom would be a success, I think we will finish slightly higher than that but we do not have enough quality in the side to have too many none performers like we did last night
  21. I think this will be a 1 - 1 draw, I obviously hope not but it might bring us all back to earth.
