You forgot the last verse.

SPurs fans man, the oirish love a bit of Spurs. And ManU. In my experience anyway.

Yep. Media darlings, especially the Beeb. Loads of Irish supporters. We'll get there though. And, on the other hand, they are now in a precarious situation. They'll lose Kane and maybe Son this summer. Get their next managerial appointment wrong, and with that huge stadium mortgage*, they could be in trouble. * Disclaimer, I've no idea how this is paid for.

Didn't he miss the Villa debacle?

Honestly, I didn't recognise him with his new hair. He's also filled out a fair bit in the last year and I was wracking my brains trying to work out who this "new black lad" was playing down the right until it dawned on me. I'll put it down to having a CT moment.

Boring to watch marra. FTM.

I was trying to think who is the most improved player under Howe. So much choice. Almiron, Joelinton, Willock, Murphy, Longstaff, Schar even. For me though Joelinton is the epitome. I could always see something in the other players, but Joelinton was a fucking 40 million quid cart horse. His transformation has been nothing short or miraculous. I fucking love watching the two targaryens ping it to each other in midfield and he is fast becoming my favourite player. And the fact we had all these players on the books and Howe transformed them... he's saved us hundreds of millions.

Howay Brighton. I've only tuned in the second half here but they are a far better side than ManU, who are still cheating arseholes as it happens. Would love to see Brighton lift the cup tbh.

Well, I'm on a downer now like, was just thinking how well Howe has done, how he's done miracles with the like of Joelinton etc. How wrong I was. Gutted now.

Back home now. That first half was probably the best I've seen us play in my life, in the flesh, certainly. Including under Keegan. If spurs were an animal, they would have been put down. If they were a boxer, you'd be flicking the off switch in the ICU. Thing is, it didn't even come as a surprise. It was almost anticlimactic after that spell, but there was no need to push any harder. Professional to the last. Although I've no doubt we will qualify for CL football now, probably in third imo, we have to continue to be professional 'till the end. Everton will be desperate and are potentially a banana skin. One game at a time, we're almost there.

Oh dear. Conceding a soft penalty at the end of the first half extra time. The type of thing to really fuck you off. How sad. Bewwww!
