Anyway, the second last night we were there, this absolutely gruesome maxkem couple, probably early 60s (but could be in their 30s considering where they're from). They were fucking smashed. Kept on going to the bar to get more drinks, their table was full of beers, wines, cocktails. And yeah, they were abusive to staff who didn't want to serve them more drinks whilst their table resembled a cocktail cabinet. "Whey've peyd to go all inclursive, wa drinks are free". The woman was absolutely vile, looked like mutha Bacon, talked, rather whined, throughout the entertainment. The mackem grandad kept on getting up to do some weird mackem mating ritual dance. He eventually fell over, knocked the table and drinks flying, much to the disgust if mutha. Then they started fighting. Classy. And unlike the SMB, this story isn't made up.

This for me. Our biggest problem last two seasons has been lack of depth, it's really hurt us at times. Depending on our new 9 and 27, I think we have a team capable of beating anyone. But crucially, we also have depth to cover inevitable injuries and fatigue.

Just got back from my hols this afternoon and made the mistake of putting SSN on. They were repeatedly talking about this being the greatest final transfer day ever, as if that is the sport. And aye, the Liverpool love in was more excessive than anything ManU had. They've won the league and now spent north of 400 million to defend it, in the full knowledge the PSR rules have been set up to enable this and take away any future competition. VAR and PSR are ruining the game. I keep thinking eventually they'll kill the goose that laid the golden egg, but it's all about international audiences and football tourists. Who knows how this will all end.
