He’s had a brilliant season so they’d want double that now. Better value to be found elsewhere. I like the sound of Kuhn for RW, the lad from Celtic we’ve been linked with who we won’t have to break the bank for. But it could be that Mitchell has got a bunch of targets lined up that none of us have heard of. I expect this summer window to be very different - no multiple bids playing in public for established PL players with big price tags.

Why would they leave if they finish in the champions league spots though? It’s a bit like us with Isak. They won’t have to get rid of any of them unless the players agitate for a move and they can demand stupid money in that case.

i haven't managed to get a single ticket in the ballot this season i haven't entered as many as i did last year however and have been more successful in the resale, thanks to some advice from TBD and KD. it's always worth refreshing in the build up to the game itself as tickets do pop up. it's just annoying as they're usually single tickets - it's practically impossible to get a pair of tickets together now unless you pay over the odds via one of the tout websites.

is it a year extension? if so it makes total sense. schar still has plenty to offer as a squad player - just like trippier. he's been immense since the takeover despite a little wobble in form in the second half of this season. younger legs are definitely required in the summer to provide competition at CB.
