Speaking as a lefty, that might explain my mood swings!

Bowyer.

He only gives about five decent performances a season, so a million each isn't too bad (although I was hoping for a bit more).

The older bits are nice, but yeah York in general is a combination of Noddy's-ville suburban hell and drug ridden shitholes. But it is credit to Yorks PR department that most people don't know this. I lived in the South Bank area of York for a couple of years. Never met such a bunch of rough, unfriendly, weirdo, no-hopers tbh. It was like going back in time too.

Allardyce Talk-In: What was said
Dr Kenneth Noisewater replied to Tom_NUFC's topic in Newcastle Forum
Good work Tom, nice summing up. It's hard to argue with most of Sam's spiel, lets see him put it into practice. -
Ashley's Newcastle future not black and white
Dr Kenneth Noisewater replied to Dr Gloom's topic in Newcastle Forum
Well said. I echo those sentiments 100% -
The centre of York is nice but the suburbs are shit. Newcastle Harrogate Northallerton Carlton-in-Cleveland Upton-on-Severn (pre-flood anyway) St.Ives

The clip in question

Nope, you just decided it was shite night out. Scunthorpe's biggest problem is the fact that it is surrounded by Hull, Grimsby and Doncaster; 3 of the shittest places in this country. The East Yorkshite Triangle? Donny is piss poor for a night out. Grimsby is ugly beyong Boro proportions and Hull is just weird. In the middle of that you have Scunny. Brigg is quite nice though. Talking of Grimsby and Hull, I believe the piece of skin between a vagina and a woman's anus (the female gooch) is known the Humber Bridge because it links 'the fishy bit to the shitty bit'.

No one in local radio will be at the top of their game will they? If they're any good they'll be taken on by a national (or tv), if they're past their prime local will pick them up when the big boys drop them. Has-beens and never-wases in other words.

Are you referring to the time he appeared naked save for a revolving bow tie? I'm sure that's how he'd want to be remembered.
-
My thoughts exactly, bright lights of London the only feasible answer imo Agreed. I'd like to see him here, but we have more pressing needs.
-
Depends if you count Babayaro and Carr as proper fullbacks I suppose!
-
The quoted reason is that he wants to be nearer his kids. But his sister is up on a coke dealing charge.
-
Signed for Panathanaikos. Also I don't see how Baines is too short - he's a full-back. Most full-backs are short. Allardyce studied film of our games last season. He found that many of the goal we conceded were due to the full-back being over-matched physically. His solution is to bring in big, tall fullbacks, who defend first and get forward only when safe to do so.

I quite like Radio 2 tbf. Aye, apart from on a Sunday, when it's still dreadful. Just use their listen again thing, and listen to the better stuff when you want (along with 6 and such as well) and avoid the crap. I wouldn't be surprise if Radio 2 doesn't have a lot more listeners than Radio 1 these days. Radio 2 has always had more listeners than Radio 1 tbh That's utter bollocks I think. http://www.rajar.co.uk/listening/quarterly_listening.php Radio 1 10.1% of listeners, Radio 2 15.8% Interestingly, with 12.2% Radio 4 also beats Radio 1

I think he's been at them for the last season. Always liked him as a player, scored an absolute screamer against ManU . Also like the fat, rat-faced fella Chelsea had on loan 2 seasons ago. Portugese lad. Maniche? He's at Atletico now. Tiago. Tiago wasn't on loan at Chelsea. Maniche was. Maniche is also fat and has a rat-face. My bad, thought we were talking about Juve players.

No, the clause says that the get-out fee reduces by 25% of what we initially paid for him each summer. Therefore, after the world cup he would have been available for £13.5 million (18m -25%) if anyone had wanted a player who was going to be rehabilitating for a year, this summer the fee is £9 million (18m -50%) and unfortunately next summer he'll be on the market for £4.5 million (18m -75%).

That's it Sweaty, let the world know our business Determined to keep his jowls in the spotlight tbh.
-
I'd definitely take Malbranque for him. Quite like the sound of Bouba-Diop coming here form Fulham (ceefax gossip) too.
-
He wouldn't though, unfortunately. He's not that sort of bloke, he'd want to be hands-on, involved in everything. He was originally supposed to be DoF when he went to Fulham, with Ray Wilkins running the team, but he couldn't keep himself away and took over. I suppose it's the passion of the man.

Players wearing heart monitors during games
Dr Kenneth Noisewater replied to Kid Dynamite's topic in Newcastle Forum
Can only wear them pre-season, the premier league won't allow them in competitive games for some reason -
Even better with video tbh.
