DRUMS. Drums are excellent. A good drummer is what makes a good band work. Ringo, Mitch Mitchell, Moony, Bonham, Bill Ward. All their bands had great musicians but the drumming takes it to another level. On this though, Entwhistle and Moon seem to be soloing independently but it still sounds ridiculously tight and interwoven. It's us drummers that let Hendrix waffle away

Sonatine had it right with War Pigs btw. It should be our national anthem. But then on the album, it kicks right into Paranoid! If there's a better opening to a rock album I've not heard it.
