By the time the next general election rolls around the "young urban voters" will care less about foreign conflict and the long term issues surrounding the environment and more about the state of the economy - once they move out of their parents house and have to start paying their own rent/mortgage and bills etc. Cost of living starts to take more priority once you have to pay to live. They'll care more about the state of the NHS when they have to start making their own appointments to see the GP etc. Then the next minority of "young urban voters" will come along feeling equally as isolated because there isn't enough focus on the next conflict, or the next culture war topic. Priorities change over time, and the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few. Assuming the 'young' of 2024 will still give a shit about the same things in 2029 is mental. Starmer is playing the game correctly, we don't even know what Labour's priorities are yet and he's already being judged.

Hasn't this already kind of happened? Didn't they already vote against stricter related party rules not that long ago or have I completely imagined it (which is very possible). -

I think the other proposal was to fall in line with UEFA which is capped at 70% so by comparison this looks much better. -
Satan: Welcome OJ, I am Lucifer. For your welcome gift you have a choice between a cactus and a baseball bat with nails in it. OJ: Ooh gifts, lovely. Wait, did you say Lucifer? Satan: Indeed. This is hell. We know what you did. OJ: I didn't do anything. Satan: You literally wrote a book about doing it. OJ: It was hypothetical. Satan: Mate, come on now. Anyway, you're here now so which will you choose. OJ: The bat, I guess. Satan: OK, bend over.

Not entirely sure but based on 2022/23 85% of our turnover (£250m) was around £212m, we spent £187m on wages (which appear to be included) which would only leave £25m for additional players (inc. their wages, agent fees and transfer fees) assuming nothing else changes. We're also allowed to spend 85% of profit from player sales, plus the extra revenue from the CL games. In short, it's probably no better than it was previously, but it's slightly better than the UEFA model. Seems shite - we want the luxury tax or they can fuck off IMO. -
I don't think the bloke will be encountering God tbf.

“One of the owners” as if we aren’t absolutely certain of which of our owners had £37m just lying around -
Aye, I wouldn’t be offering them a line of credit any time soon. But like ewerk says, the long term creditors could do with a bit explaining, it could be a loan to fund growth, but judging by the asset movement year on year and the decrease in reserves (£130k loss in the year) it doesn’t look like the growth is happening.

He’s nothing more than a malfunctioning robot at this point, can’t even human properly. Just pour water down the back of him and fry his circuits.

Mackems back to wanking themselves daft over the possibility of Will Still coming in as manager based on nothing more than a news article claiming Reims expect him to step down in the summer.

As was proven in the first half. As soon as Joelinton went near him they essentially passed him the ball because they were terrified of him

You could argue we’ve already technically replaced Bruno with Tonali, on paper at least as it remains to be seen if he can do all the things Bruno can. Ideally, you want both to stay though, but even if they aren’t entirely like for like I think the deep lying playmaker is more common in the modern game so a younger, hungry replacement for a reasonable fee is not entirely out of the question. I can’t honestly think of another midfielder that can do everything Joelinton does.

They’re so shit they’ve had to find positives in places where there are none. I can honestly say hand on heart that if our centre backs were regularly making brexit means brexit challenges (so much so we had a nickname for it) I’d want him out of the team as soon as possible. The cunt is a red card who appears in human form as a really shit footballer.

I’m not sure a man who freely shares personal info of his fellow MPs would be welcome in reform tbh. They are the scummiest of the scum, and will be up to untold dodgy shit. A grass is the last thing they need
