Just checked and we've gone 13 unbeaten now, so 16 unbeaten would be nice. Three more clean sheets. Leon Best to score a goal. Alan Smith to score a goal. Hull to be relegated.

Apology accepted..
-
They were, but Leon makes Marlon look like a fucking world beater.. Other way round I take it. At least Harewood has an eye for goal. You've got me questioning myself and no - I'm right.. Leon's shitness makes Marlon look like Messi!!

Just taken this at Chopwell woods

I actually thought Reading played some good football in the first half and didn't deserve to go in 2-nil down. Professional second half display from us and we looked dangerous on the counter. The reception for CH at the end said everything you need to know about Newcastle fans "pining for King Kev's return"

4 pints of Stella and two large red wines last night and i'm not functioning well today... Having said that if they were serving ale at the Majeski it would have been considerably worse.

Corporate seats/boxes too? Not sure, just going off .cock.
-
Excuse my ignorance, but who and who?
-
The last game of the season is a sell out, 52k cheering every touch and a lap of honour (with a good percentage of the crowd staying) is plenty recognition of the creditable achievement of CH and the players.
-
It usually takes a good manager to recognise that though, so not sure how he's in the team....

I would be loath to see Gutierrez go, he brings pace to the side, relieves the pressure when necessary and buys a lot of freekicks. Plus the alternative is Barton or Lovenkrands. I'm also willing to give Coloccini a second chance at the Prem, he was consistently a solid centre half in La Liga, which is an excellent league. It wouldn't be the first person to need a season to adjust to a new league.
-
Not sure why you think that they will leave / the club will want them to leave / they would want to leave having all committed to the club for a season in the fizzy pop league. That's like indulging a lady in foreplay and leaving before the full sex starts!!
-
Were you really expecting anything different? There were never going to be wholesale changes, I think we'll probably see 2 first teamers come in, 3 at most.

Steig Larsson - The Girl who kicked the hornets nest. Third in an excellent trilogy, can't wait for his next work...

7th is UEFA isnt it? Depends if chelsea win or not, and Everton could still catch them as well, the way they're going and this torres injury they could finish 8th Well Millwall lost the FA Cup as did Southampton and they got in Europe, has the rule changed? Think it changed a few years ago so the runners up spot (which NUFC benefitted from on a couple of occasions) no longer goes to the losing finalist if the winner is in the CL. That spot means an extra spot in the league.

Ashley to allow spending spree in summer

That is what got us relegated. Don't agree, we had good enough players to keep us up, we were relegated because they were badly managed, earned too much and couldn't give a fuck about the club. -
You're probably not prolific enough for people to place you, unlike the gobshites on here . I'm on here all the time, but only average 1 post a day. I need allying with another lurker!! I'm all about the quality over the quantity , it's something the wife has drummed in to me

It's been a busy old week of movie watching in the Stott household. Went to see Green Zone last night. As every commentator has said it is Bourne does Iraq. Same Greengrass jaunty angles, quick edits and handheld feel, plenty of of quality action and chase sequences. A good story as well, be interested to know how close to the thruth it is.. I liked it a lot. -

Spot on, the mistake made by past managers/past boards was offering long contracts on ridiculous wages. Case in point - Geremi, three year deal on 60k, he played regularly (and abysmally) for half a season then stuck around for another two years picking up a wage that no other team would go near matching. That's fucking bonkers!! -
That's my hope for Shola!!
