I didn't know they went away... I thought when your arse drops out that's that, do they use a knitting needle to poke then back in?

They've won 10 of 14 games away from home in Holland. only won 7 at home. Suggests they may be a bit handy on the counter.... 0-8

Worst city or town for a night out in (international edition)

I was disappointed with Frankfurt when we played over there... -
Whilst i'm certainly not excited by Roeder (and certainly not his dreary press interviews) i think he has done a commendable job. This season at least he has never had a squad that even resembles fully fit. The test comes when it is, but fear that when it is we'll be ultimately disappointed?

I don't have much confidence in our ability to get Gareth Bale... I didn't really understand Fergie going for him though, what with Evra, O'Shea and Heinze all perfectly capable of playing there. As for Curtis Davis, he looks raw to say the least. Reckon a move to the toon back 4 would be a career disaster for him!

FM on PSP. It's good, but more limited than the PC version.

Brock, There's a car park at the Kings Walk Shopping Centre in Hammersmith. If you drive down Chiswick High Street and follow the one way system you will eventually stumble across it on your right. It is cheap as chips on a weekend, just make sure the gig isn't finishing too late as it closes quite early...

Severence - Well worth a gander. Quite heavy on the gore but entertaining never the less -
I wasn't overly keen on last nights episode. Found the bit when Henry woke up on the middle of the operation a bit stupid

Can't see us getting another centre half, we have about 6. We are absolutely desperate for a left back though. Don't like slagging players off, but Ramage's performance last night was worthy of slagging of the highest order...

Played poker with Keith O'Neill one night. He mumbled 'what the f*ck am i supposed to do with 14 grand a week' all night. Saw Keith Gillespie on his back after a lad's night out in Uno's years ago. He was necking red wine out of the bottle, collapsed and had to be taken home by Beardo.

The Pursuit of Happyness - If you expected anything other than feel good American nonesense, then you'll be disappointed. -
But I do agree that having someone like Le Sib (or preferably someone a lot better) does help him. That's a touch harsh on the Sib. He hasn't put a foot wrong, in fact I am struggling to think of the last player to come into the club and score as many vital goals as he has...

You don't know that's what he said. He could have said "you deserved all you got out there" or "Ha, I was the one who started the booing" or "Fancy a three way with this Scandanavian chick I just picked up". Aye, forgot to account for the fact that Pearson comes from the Bryan Robson school of drinking...
-
As shite as he was there is no excuse for the booing of Babayaro. It can do absolutely no good whatsoever, especially given that Roeder had very little choice but to play him. I noticed Nigel Pearson having a word with him on the final whistle in a 'don't worry about it son' type of way. Good management

This is the Freddie Shepherd run Newcastle United. It would surprise me no end if Titus wasn't offered a new contract. FFS couldn't face losing him for nowt. I reckon he'll either be shifted in January for a paltry fee or he'll get a new deal, cue Anal O: "In my opinion there hasn't been a better centre half in the country for the last 3 months and Titus has won over the fans and the board with some barnstorming performances."
-
I reckon he's been to see Bond, and thought if I do my barnet like the villain it might make me look more intimidating...
-
I don't agree, personally I wouldn't waste the clubs money by putting a number on Babayaro's shirt, let alone pay his wages.... Whilst Ramage is dreadful going forward the quality of Babayaro's crossing is similarly poor... Bottom line is, neither are good enough at left back and Glenn wants his head read if he doesn't go out and buy in January.
-
I'd much rather have Baba playing than Ramage tbh. I feel sorry for Ramage because every time I've seen him play centreback he's done well but he's awful at leftback. Babayaro is a much better player there if he could be arsed to turn up. Don't agree at all. In our current premiership predicament i would rather have Ramage who at least has some form of defensive ability and gives a bit of height than Babayaro, who frankly offers little going forward and nothing going backwards...

Nobby on a number of occasions drove past his man and often cut inside looking for a constructive pass, rather than the hump down the line approach. Refreshing!!!

Whilst I don't want to take anything away from the lad I must admit i find James Milner frustrating to watch. Pat Nevin was prattling on about him being the danger man and whilst you must give Milner credit for putting the cross in for Luque v Palermo and for the Sib last night, overall he was quite poor. For me he has an average first touch, a weak shot, looks clumsy with the ball at feet and doesn't have the pace of guile to go past a man...

Swiftcover.com was a good £150 cheaper than anwhere else for me. Got business cover for £230.

Whilst I would be loathe to see him go, if he did go Arsenal would be most likely to maximise his full potential.

I am thinking of getting a lease car after work gave me a car allowance. Does anyone know how they work, for instance: Do I pay for car tax? Do I pay for servicing? Is it worth it, cos I could buy something instead on finance..
