Matthew 5 tbh. "Blessed are the gardeners, for they shall give advice."

Officiating at its best...

It's irrelevant, according to Beniwatch he is facing the sack anyway. [/Parkydamus]

Watched it. Good performance from Farmagusta, terribly bad from Bremen. They still should have won it in the end when Almeida was one on one with their keeper just few seconds after they had equalized. Still don't get all this Timuri hype though.

Waterboarding is a nasty thing to do. Ban water! Again the usual suspects throng with their usual attempts at nonsense. While the usual suspect keeps on harping on his usual pseudo-intellectual drivel... Bye.

I worked in England from July to September and it was more ore less sunny and hot for the whole time. The rain at the Wigan game was more an exemption and even at this day it was rather warm/hot.

I think Danny is on the wind up. No shit. He's only defending Spurs though...

I can't see any foreign club paying "English" prices. 4m Euro at the most...

Premier League and British government in battle to prevent Euro takeover

The exemption from European law has often been demanded though, i.e. EU employment law after Bosman and because of TV-Deals... -
I used to rate him very highly, but think his career has gone downhill in recent years.

Eh? I can't remeber doing so (and having found anything by using the search option). Good result for England. I didn't bother watching it though. Friendlies like this have really become a farce. The only farcical thing about it was that the scoreline wasn't the same as the last time we played you in Munich. Really good game for a friendly though. Germany had two players of international quality, the keeper and Marin, the rest were wank. Laughable that England are ranked 10th in the world, and Germany 2nd. When you look around the world who is there to have respect for? Spain and Argentina, we have a chance in 2010, first time the climates been right. I certainly wouldn't rank Germany 2nd myself. But that's not down to you or me but how the list is calculated. I am also not responsible for England continuosly grossly underperforming at major competitions (despite it always being the right time for the world's bestestest team with the world's bestestest players) and being ranked higher.

Suggestion from here is... R. Adler - A. Friedrich, Mertesacker, Westermann, M. Schäfer - Schweinsteiger, Jones, Rolfes, Trochowski - Klose, Helmes James - G. Johnson, Upson, Terry, Bridge - Barry, Carrick - Wright-Phillips, Downing - Defoe, Bent

Or patriotism with nationalism for that matter... -
If it led to the club going into adminstration then of course.... Same rules apply for all. why? don't you? See, it is about the club and not about under which name the owners are registered.
-
I agree to that extent but they are like a puppet that's had the stings cut at the moment. What I mean is they will apparently escape punishment when they go under - simply because they were registered under a different name. Shocking! I still don't get your anger. West Ham will have to get punished when the club registered as West Ham United Football Club goes into administration. I don't see what relevance any other registration bears in regard to the punishment of the football club. Because it is just about the legal person that is admitted to the football league and not any other individual. For the same as I would be furious if Newcastle got punished simply because Mike Ashley / Sports Direct went bancrupt as long as the club itself is still solvent.
-
Eh? It's a total different thing if the owners are personally in administration or with another company or the football club is itself as in the case of Luton. Why should West Ham getting punished as long as they are financially stable?

WHO SPEAKS ILL OF THE MESSIAH???? It must be all lies. Ah, another well thought Spurs defending posting. As for the topic: I guess if those transfers had gone through, most of those players would never have developed the same way as they did "thanks" to the missed opportunities.

Has Beardsley become a brain surgeon?

March/Early April will be fun when three of our four league games are at home - against Man United, Arsenal and Chelsea. We could do with already being safe then as team moral will be rock bottom if we fail to beat Hull away in between...

Don't you worry, we have super Speedy Gonzalez to run the strings! D'oh...

Ah, another post to defend Spurs.

Top player, I agree. In what way is he a top bloke though? Do you know him? Probably has an autograph he can decipher...
