Worst interviews Ive done (as the interviewer) was when I put an add in the job centre. Never, NEVER again will I use the job centre. Obviously the chavers were being told to ring up or lose their dole. I even interviewed some. Had one lass turn up in a shell suit ffs She could barely speak and it was for a receptionist/office clerk. Ive had hand written CVs, CVs on scraps of paper and even someone who wasnt totally sure what the job was. Oh, and dont go on and on and on about how big a star trek fan you are like one kid did to me Great fun. I'll have to admit that in my old place where I worked we used to have bets on what the interviewees were going to look like

When I first started reading that I was thinking you were getting a throat spray for having an endoscopy, was gonna say they were having you on there like

I've had loads over the last 10 years or so. Nowt for 3-4 years though. Id wait up to a month before thinking you are safe like, though Ive had them in days before. Also, if you do get one, make sure you reply querying it and asking to see the evidence (photo). I know a couple of people who were sent the wrong photo of a totally different vehicle meaning the penalty is void.

Thats my issue with him. Sometimes I watch him and applaud the skill he shows on the ball and such. But, many other times I see him having a first touch as bad as martins and can loose the ball as easy as owt. I dont doubt he puts effort in, sometime though he appears lazy, maybe his style of running I dont know.
