Supposed to be better than the bus stop adverts suggest.

Leaves me with 26 of the IMDB top 250 left to collect. Which one would you recommend most?

A Separation (2011)

Avengers Assemble (2012)

Beauty and the Beast (1991)

Black Swan (2010) - Proper pretentious porn. Struggled not to have an arty wank while Queen Amidala was rubbing one out. Good stuff

Gandhi (1982)

Good Will Hunting (1997)

In the Heat of the Night (1967)

It Happened One Night (1934)

La Strada (1954)

Let the Right One In (2008)

Mary and Max (2009)

Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind (1984)

Platoon (1986) - Bit overwrought

Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter... and Spring(2003)

Stalag 17 (1953)

Stalker (1979)

The Dark Knight Rises (2012)

The Grapes of Wrath (1940)

The Intouchables (2011)

The Philadelphia Story (1940)

The Secret in Their Eyes (2009)

The Thing (1982)

The Wrestler (2008)

Twelve Monkeys (1995)

Warrior (2011)

Witness for the Prosecution (1957) - Charles Laughton is quality. Marlene Dietrich is hilariously bad. Her cockney accent makes Don Cheadle look like Danny Dyer.

Think I'll go with The Wrestler next, keep with Aronofsky, the filthy porv.

Watched Wall-E with the bairn this afternoon. Not my favourite Pixar film but it's still beautifully done. No matter what style they go for, they don't get much wrong..

Plus they all seem to have some kind of magic dust that captivates children and shuts them up for the duration ;)

There was a bit of welling up in that film, as with pixar's 'UP'... Proper softy.

They're just so beautifully done though. In both films there's barely any dialogue for the first half an hour and it's captivating. My 3 year old watches it and laughs when there's no words spoken and it's a joy to see :) In UP when he loses his wife - I completely filled up too. They're just so bloody good at 'doing' sentimental. The end of Toy Story 3 had me aswell..

Yep that one MF :)

Soggy pouty acting in most of her movies, always a touchy victim character type. meh.

Her name is obv not emma stone ( who is butt ugly), but Emily Blunt. Sorry.
