Shite set pieces as well. To me it’s neither that the better team won nor lost. But Real were much cleverer and tactically astute. Shame about them being a bunch of pricks on and off the pitch though. They will probably demand to get a guaranteed place in the final next. I know Gemmill would find betting at those odds risky enough to have him shitting it but it was never in doubt. Liverpool have crawled over the line and their manager has crossed over into the realm of demanding that other teams simply roll over for them rather than actually trying to win.
