is the correct response and I never even played Gauntlet.
-
Ah well, at least that'll stop man city sniffing around hopefully.

Owen - If only the fans knew the facts!
Billy Whitehurst replied to KeithJ's topic in Newcastle Forum
Good gag but for it to really work you’ll probably have to title the video “Michael Owen steps on an upturned plug” or “Michael is set about by a rabid XL Bully”, otherwise no fucker is watching a video with that snidey little arsehole in it. -
I loved Gauntlet on the spectrum so you can GET FUCKED
-
I used to like Jetpac.
-
Naah. Firstly, Atic Atac was years before gauntlet. Gauntlet was an arcade game and the spectrum conversion was boring as fuck, AA was still better.
-
Nice one Ant. Agree with CT - don't be a stranger, yeah?
-
Attic Attack was great. Gauntlet was the game changer
-
Fuckin hell can the Patreon afford your skills @Ant?? What about Andrew's guitar fund this Christmas??
-
Was on my feed too, proof yet again that this place is too perpetual or whatever that fella said back in the days
-
Howe's said it's not a serious injury but he probably won't play again this year

100%'d Silksong it was difficult to start tbf but def once the learning curve is over it gets easier) Just about to 100% Hollowknight. Pllaying silksong first made this wayyyyyy easier, where in silksong i beat only a handful of bosses first go, i flew this one, no where near as difficult or punishing if ya did die

You NEED to watch this to the very end. Well done, that is two minutes of your life you are never EVER getting back.
-
Nice one Ant. You'll only have to do this another 2 or 3 times and we'll all be dead.
-
Ant showing how the 'moving upstairs to the DoF' role is supposed to work.

I think I was a bit young for her stint on Blue Peter. And you were definitely too old.

Okie dokie not quite fucked off yet, one final bit of a hand for the guys, a quick change of stuff, a post Christmas move, then I'm heading out to get some milk.... pre-christmas (prob tuesday) The elves have created a new test forum, done a theme that can flip between dark/light versions using the buttons in the bottom left (including mobile versions) and so far *touch wood* the place isn't dragging it's heels anymore. anyway this forum has seen v1, v2, v3, v4, and is currently a fair whack of the pace, so v5 it is which gives you a bit of easy updates and future proofing. A period of "i dont like that" "make this blue" will be accommodated, and there will be some of that because the changes need to be used/need the content to see what needs tweaked, i didn't clone the whole forum for the dev in case this place slowed down and people had to socialise with family. Likely implemented on tuesday. Post-Christmas (tbc but some day i'm off and no one else is) The big move which none of you will notice/care about because it'll seem absolutely no different The elves will pack the new stuff into bags and move the entire setup to a new server to give it 5yrs of support/updates and whatever, it'll all look the same do the same but is way more complex than the changes above, it'll be the unsung hero of forum stability (hopefully) either way it has to be done no avoiding it.

And Blue Peter 🙂

Heads have got to roll after this. undercooked, overly arrogant, a frontline spinner who isn't trusted to have a bowl, wicket-taking quicks whose bodies aren't up for the task. McCullum out I'd give Stokes a bit longer as captain. He's one of the few to show a bit of fight with the bat and I think he's got enough of a brain to oversee a reset and enough of an ego to not want to go out like this. But is his body up to another couple of years? And if not, who replaces him? It can't be Brook after his arrogant batting approach this series, can it?

Wow, thanks for the update. The question of whether we're British or not doesn't come up round these parts that often.
