Your annual obligatory it's fucking freezing thread
Dr Gloom replied to Zathras's topic in General Chat
and here's me bitching and complaining about two weeks of single digit cold here in Blighty. -
i'm going to make a bold prediction: we're signing no cunt

Would make sense if Barnes was in his way out but I doubt they’ll be many suitors for him this month while he’s crocked
-
You’re one to talk, Adam Pearson fetish boy
-
is he? i thought he's broken his shoulder or something

it would leave us with three options at centre back currently fit, with two still due to return from injury. you ideally want at least two players covering each position. i suppose it's a gamble they think is worth taking. murphy has looked quite promising to me, on the rare occasion he's had minutes. i wouldn't be against keeping him, but perhaps this means both krafth and lascelles are close to a return. i wouldn't be against him going out on loan in that case.
-
must mean we’re keeping Kelly as losing both of them would leave us short if we had an injury crisis

managed to go 9 days off this junk then had a puff last weekend and haven't managed a day off it since, ffs

honestly, i'd rather watch the youtube "content creators" than most of the dinosaur pundits the likes of sky and tnt wheel out

Arran is the nicest dram I've tried recently. I cained a bottle with my dad over xmas - goes down like nectar. My dad is taking my brother and me on a three day tour of distilleries in Islay later this year. A weekend of cultural learning. I'm not a massive fan of the peaty drams usually until the end of the evening, but I'm happy to make an exception

I was close to begging you to start this thread. McGroin is on thin ice

Thickest or worst - two different questions? He doesn’t appear on telly much these days, for obvious reasons, but Pedro was one of the thickets. Er, but, er Worst? Take your pick from Merson, Carragher, Onboglahor, Deeney, Owen

at least we know who to blame if the season goes off the rails on saturday

i think that's clutching a bit. sometimes you have to credit the opposition team and manager. they did their homework and completely bossed the game. 4-1 didn't flatter them at all. it could have easily been 6 or 7 but for dubravka making loads of good saves, many of which were shots from inside our box. we didn't test their keeper in the second half, i don't recall.

kind of. i think they were trying to replicate what they used to do on the left side, interchanging. i saw willock in wide positions loads. either way, it didn't work. not that miggy would have been any better. we're desperate in that area when murphy isn't firing
