We deserve to get relegated. The people in charge are shit, the owner is shit, the management is shit. The players are just passing through, some don't give a fuck, some of them are shit. We are a great club that has been consistently mismanaged and dry humps its loyal supporters every season whilst taking their cash. Relegation at some point in the next 2 seasons seems a certainty to me. And we'll deserve it because the club's owned by a greedy tool and his incompetent lickspittles with no intention of competing for anything.

To get excited about a cup run you have to believe you have a chance of winning the cup. Unfortunately I don't think Charnley et al have any interest in the cup despite what McClaren says.

Looks like we're taking our time signing anyone. Nice to see we're still preoccupied with "value" despite our precarious league position. Just highlights to me that absolutely nothing has changed in the way the club is run, from transfer policy to attitude to the cups. If we go down this season it won't be a surprise.
