Not at all, and yes PSR is working as intended, but there are a LOT of very good players around who could improve us as a squad and we possibly should not have been targetting those who can command £250k a week, because we can't afford that. Obviously the Isak carnage has caused additional damage to any plans we may have had because we're now trying to resolve that as well, when all we originally needed up front was an upgrade/replacement for Wilson. If all was sweetness and light with Isak and we'd been blown out by Pedro/Ekitike but ended up with Wissa, we'd all have been reasonably happy.

We've been losing out on players to the cartel, not the also rans, if anything we've made a strategic cock-up in aiming too high, that would fall at the feet of the DoF and whilst hot Mitch left, he left after the strategy must have been set in place.
