  1. It is improving, but we've been better under Howe.
  2. Attack has some way to go to catch the top teams. But our defence is mean AF That means we're safely ensconced in the good box (bottom right)
  3. He did, with a group called Outlier FC ( I think).
  4. Fully aware I'm getting carried away after three wins but.... It's only the highlighted games where I don't have confidence of picking up any points (or progressing in the cup). And don't forget, we'll be buying £500m worth of world class players in January as well... WUHGONNAWINTHALEEEEG
  5. Great result, great performance. Really helpful to go into the International Break (yet another one ffs) on a run of 3 impressive wins in 3 very different circumstances. Lewis Hall is getting better and better, seemingly every match. And I think if Livramento could play behind a similarly effective midfield/winger combo (JW&Big Joe) we might see more from him too? Gordon still doesn't look right and I wonder if he's playing with a knock? Longstaff does so much off the ball for us, but it was good to see him involved in the attacks too. If I was allowed to, I'd rename both my kids Joelinton. And my wife. Fast becoming one of my favourite NUFC players of all time. Howe got it spot on and even the in-game changes he made were at the right time. Hopefully if he gets the tactics and performances sorted enough, he can start working a bit harder on set pieces? Taylor was atrocious, not just the two red cards he didn't show Yates, but throughout the game he was missing fouls, not punishing dangerous play, getting simple things wrong like corner/goal kicks. anybody wants to rewatch it you can find it here; Nottingham vs Newcastle Full Match Replay - Premier League 2024/2025
  6. Literally the first one I did. I was shocked it wasn't noticed with this one.
  7. I know the left will be Frantic for a hundred and one nights, but it's not like we've tumbled into the temple of doom.
  8. I guess, I just want to witness what lies beneath the fugitive on air force one.
  9. I'm only playing. It's the conversation.
  10. watching you two argue, it's like a dead heat on a merry go round.
  11. Hah! you need to get out in the world, touch grass, take a walk down Hanover street.
  12. I can't see Kristen Wiig or Josh Gad taking any extraordinary measures.
  13. You're expecting the liberal elites to take up arms, some kind of Hollywood homicide?
  14. He gets a lot of shit, but I like Richards, even if he can be a bit "look at me, I'm Zabriskie". Point is, there's a time and a place for in-depth analysis, but Micah Richards on Match of the Day isn't it.
  15. I think we're in danger of crossing over into dodgy territory there.
  16. Didn't CT stick to that for six days and seven nights?
  17. The left should stop trying to appease or appeal to the right wing. Stand for something, whether you can deliver on the dream or not. Plenty of shit wrong with Corbyn, but at least I knew where he stood before the election, I can't say the same for Starmer. My vote for was 100% a "Not a fucking Tory", it wasn't pro Labour, not really. Be bold, call out the ridiculous claims of the right, for sure, but actually stand for some socialist policies. Promise to tax the fuck out of the 0.1%, Robin Hood the utility companies, put a meaningful cap on essentials like gas, electric, water, public transport, childcare, food. Promise to revolutionise the license fee. Promise to cut University places, but make those that remain cost nothing to those who need help. Promise to put more money into vocational courses and apprenticeships. Promise to draw random hearts on people's dream journals. All that good shit. Then, when you win, look down the barrel of the camera and scream "Ahhhhh chinny reckon" and do whatever the fuck you want.
  18. Well, I guess it's a time for killing.
  19. He's expecting the apocalypse. Now, what that's got to do with us is anyone's guess.
