It kind of *is* BAMFU until the moment we decide we're finally leaving, I suppose, since any pricing-in can only be theoretical at this stage. Plenty of fun times ahead.

Aye, we can't start negotiations with Brussels till this article 51 button thingy is pressed, bit like a nuclear missile launch, with the same effect on the economy (allegedly  ) and May has already said that's not happening in 2016. So CT is rather counting his chickens here....or maybe he's just trolling us?....hmm, not like him... :glare:

Maybe CT is right, it will be BAMFU. Still the same number of immigrants that so many were getting worked up about, just no input into shaping Europe (which the Brexiters already believe to be the case).

Would be amusing just to see the reaction from people if Turkey joined the EU because we couldn't veto it and the free trade agreement meant we couldn't stop any Turkish immigrants coming to the UK.

According to the census 2011 there are almost 3 million people having at least one parent immigrated from Turkey. In 2013, there were 1,550,000 Turkish citizens in Germany which accounted for 22.1% of Germany's foreign population and thus the largest ethnic minority.

Run this past them too

good news or bad news? or BAU?

depends on whether you're a homeowner or an average millennial without generous parents required to help out with a deposit.

house prices in london are obscene. a brexit-led correction would be one of the few positives to come from the vote.

What is a millennial? Is it someone born after 2000?
