mackems vs Newcastle United

Not to play devil's advocate -

but basically Tooj is saying he'd have a midfield of -

Anita

Cabaye Sissoko

CT is saying he'd play -

Tiote

Cabaye Anita

Given the initial debate was whether to start Anita or Sissoko in the supporting role to Cabaye I don't really see the argument

but surely

TIOTE

Cabaye Sissoko

is the selection.

It will be aye but I was saying that I'd prefer Anita in that position to Tiote (although if he can continue on from last week then that might soon change) simply as he's better in that role because of his ball retention which I feel is such an important part of football.

Like how I would also like us to adopt a pressing game but I don't think that's how Pardew operates.

Can you recommend anywhere in Belfast city centre/cathedral quarter to watch the match? I know that the Kitchen Bar and Garrick will be showing it but from past memory I don't think that they put the sound on.

Cathedral Quarter isn't great for that tbh the likes of the Duke/John Hewitt don't even have tv's in them, McCrackens have tv's on for the sport I watched some of the internationals in there.

Sadly your best bet for games are the places you wouldn't normally be arsed with unless you lived out that end of town, The Pavillion, The Errigle and The Bot

I normally end up in the bot on saturday evening for one pint after a match, they're the sponsor for the Queens team I play for so need to show our faces in there, it's grand for the football lots of tv's/projectors normally a decent atmosphere for games, i know the sunderland supporters club use it as a meeting point for their games as well fwiw, Crap for anything other than watching football in, and obviously not exactly city centre.

With it being that early on the sunday as well i'd say The Bot and the Pavillion would be your best bet tbh.

McCrackens mightn't be a bad shout, I don't mind it in there but didn't realise they had the football on. I'm trying to avoid heading towards the Bot/Errigle part of town.

It's shocking how few choices there are for decent bars to watch football in Belfast.

Is there anyone who fancies coming on Sky Sports News radio on Sunday morning at 0920 to talk about the derby?
