We had an Ukrainian teacher as a guest yesterday as it was her birthday and she is on her own with her two sons while her husband is fighting. Incredible what these people have to go through. Something you really thought was a thing of the past in Europe and would never happen again. Her hometown is just a great heap of rubble nowadays.

He sanctioned the use of a nerve agent in this country, and we did the square root of fuck all, so not a surprise tbh. (I know that was after plane incident).

So Biden visits Kiev, China rumoured to be selling arms to Russia

Looks like we are gearing up nicely for permanent war in Europe, which would suit the US military industrial complex perfectly. Got to feed the monster

Nope, don't buy that. If Putin hadn't invaded it wouldn't be in question and comes a time when a stand needs to be taken, if not Ukraine he would have kept going. The US military industrial complex didn't start this.

They decided to support it though. And  the CIA sparked the 2014 uprising against Putin’s puppet Yanukovych, according to Parky anyway :cuppa:

He’s an absolute gobshite like.

Really hope he gets taken out internally or this really won’t end well for the world. There’s already clues they’re colluding with China - such as the spy balloon over USA nuclear facilities.

Wasn't there an agreement that Nato wouldn't push any further after the cold war and that's not happened?  Is the bear being prodded a little too much?

Please don't fall for this right wing bear prodded bullshit. Putin's actions actually prove that every European nation that values its independence from the Kremlin needs to be in NATO. Ukraine was not in NATO, it will be once this war ends along with Finland and Sweden however. The people of Ukraine, which is a sovereign country, made a democratic choice to move towards seceding to the EU, not NATO. This is what sparked Putin's anger and the apocalypse he alone is responsible for for inflicting on the people of Ukraine and his own people. People like that Majorie Taylor Greene are actually traitors to their country imo, and I don't say that lightly.

NATO hasn't pushed/prodded anything, countries voluntarily ask to join in order to safeguard their national security, why they feel the need to join is the question.
