Also, in the past few games, would we have been significantly worse off with Mark Gillespie between the sticks? Why not let Woodman go off on loan? Or, if Woodman is to be the Number 1, why register Mark Gillespie? Why not just use a kid as the sub 'keeper? It's not like Gillespie's going to be on huge wages. It’s really just punishing the player. If he goes and plays for Paraguay he won’t be able to play for us for a few weeks anyway, so at least this way he’s still involved in training.
