"Dad, what did you do to save the planet?"

"Well, I wasted several tons of water on AI art because I thought other people on an internet forum wouldn't be able to understand my complex thoughts without Ladybird picture book-level visuals to accompany them. You're welcome!"

Fuckin hell. Seems like Howe will be taking the lead for the window. Has he isolated Mitchel for doing a shit job and subsequently used his leverage to get rid? Certainly reads that way given his remarks at the press conference before the meeting with PIF. Pretty suggestive of exactly who he held responsible for our sluggishness in the market based on this. Most importantly, CT called it.

The Spanish press reports today that Manchester City has made a strong push to sign Joan García (Espanyol) and is now holding the initiative.

Joan García has three offers on the table (his buyout clause is 25M) and prefers to join a Premier League team and wants to be a starter.

-Manchester City (The most advanced)
-Newcastle United (there is an agreement between the parties)
-Barcelona (He doesn't want to join Barcelona because they are Espanyol's rivals and he prefers to join the Premier League)

Has a very poor goal return. Steer clear 😉

Pay attention to what’s being said. EH was asked in his press conference the other day to say warm words about Mitchell and very quickly side stepped the situation. There is tension there whether you like it or not

Maybe there was something in those power war stories after all.

bit of a weird time for him to walk. Just as he was about to have his first proper window to show what he’s about.

I don't know what to make of Mitchell going. However he's given us no reason to miss him, he seems like a useless bastard tbh. I hope we can get some

momentum now in actually signing some decent players for the first team.

I think (hope) we have dodged a bullet with Cunha. He seems a cunt.

I think there's way too much focus on the 2 incidents he was involved him during the season. Take them out of the equation and he's been a sensation in a pretty shit Wolves team.

He has a spiky temperament, but then mercurial talents often do. Cantona was an absolute cunt, but we'd all have given our right arm for him to have been in our team during the mid 90s. Souness and Keane are other examples of players been brilliant, but of questionable temperament.

The likes of him need decent management - much like Ferguson played that role for Cantona, Eddie Howe could do that for Cunha. That combined with having 2 fellow Brazilians at the club, one of which is team captain and he could settle right in.

Far from dodging a bullet, I fear he could well end up being the edgy player who got away from us.
